Came in last night and had Laurie as our server! WONDERFUL service and very nice young lady. She was very knowledgeable on the menu and offered great recommendations! Spaghetti carbonara was wonderful. Will be returning! And with the same waitress (hopefully):)))

Truly would give more of a 3.5 if I could but rounding up! :)

Experience was decent but one of our party is vegan and while there is vegan options the vegan cheese was rouuuugh. Picked all of it off. Also, such expensive drinks! 1 13" pizza, soda, and 1 cocktail was... $35 but hey it's Sedona.

Went to sedona for the day and was lucky enough to find this place. We were able to bring our pup and sit on the patio, and better yet they had a menu just for dogs as well!!! Our meal was wonderful and we WILL be returning soon!

Very friendly staff, and fast service. Unfortunately, that s all the positive things I can really say. Food is way over priced, which would be ok, but the portion sizes and quality of food Is below par. The garlic bread can hardly even pass as garlic bread, and the margarita pizza is just marinara sauce on cooked dough. If you really want pizza, I highly suggest you look elsewhere.

Food was very good and the outdoor patio very comfortable. Don't like the idea of the added health tax. That's the employers to pay. And I decide how much tip to pay. It's insulting that the restaurant makes the suggestions. Low class move.

The pizza may be good, but service over the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. My wife has a dairy allergy and we tried to ask questions about dairy inside of all the ingredients. They became upset about us asking questions and wanted us to call back when we were ready to order and to refer to their website about their menu instead of explaining on the phone. I would not call again.

Long wait, charged more at the bar for wine than they did when dining (same size glass within the same time frame). Added gratuity automatically for four adults and two children. Slow service and it seemed as thought there may have been a few issues between some staff members, that would explain the delay in getting food to the table in a timely manner (at a non-peak time). There are other options that would likely be a better experience nearby. Food was okay, but not great. None of the people in our party would likely go there again, verses other options. Adding this so that the food quality is more clearly described... Very salty bacon on the pizza, another pizza had burnt crust, and although they make a point about the imported oven, I've had many pizzas that are of much better quality, a few in the Fullerton, CA area that were also from an imported oven from Italy, which were far superior in crust, topping quality, and taste.

My husband and I went yesterday to grab some lunch and was fortunate enough to be in the right place at the right time to get some parking. I got the prickly pear margarita and I HIGHLY recommend it. It tastes similar to a strawberry margarita but executed very well. We shared a margarita pizza and the ingredients were nice and fresh - if the food was so good how come not 5/5?! Well, our server, Brittany, came to our table hardly at all. My husband and I thought she was on break because we kept staring around to not find her in sight, or would see her on her phone trying to subtly hide it . Thankfully, the manager was able to tend to us, and another server was able to bring us our food. She also just gave us our bill without even asking if we wanted dessert. We ended up asking if they even had dessert as we were just handed our bill. She said there isn't a written dessert and rattled off the options. At that point, we wasted enough time for her to get to our table, we didn't want to wait any longer as our parking spot is timed and we wanted to see other shops before leaving (the meter didn't allow us to extend more time). Just a weird service experience. We were just tourists passing through.

The ambiance was nice and they had a great seating area. The veggie burger I got had no flavor and no condiments, not even the pesto sauce. The fries were good and my sons enjoyed their pizza.

All I can say is I was disappointed. This was by far the worst pizza experience I have had since I was eating pizza from a high school cafeteria. The pizza was about as thin as a tortilla with little flavor and to make it even worse the wings were not even real chicken wings. They were basically chunks of boiled chicken with buffalo sauce. I would rate dominos or little caesars as 5 star fine dining compared to this place. To make matters even worse, the takeout wait time was more than 45 minutes as my order was dying in the window as multiple employees stood around talking and one passed by multiple times. Truly disappointing and a disgrace to Italians and to pizza.

Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place. Called in to place a take out order and was placed on hold. No big deal. The guy seems courteous. Nice jazzy hold music.

10 MINUTES later... Still no one has returned to the phone to take my order. Okay, getting impatient, but I'll wait a bit longer. I'm hungry and it's nicely located on the main tourist area.

10 more minutes pass, still no one answered the phone. Jazzy music still blaring on my speakerphone, because I have other things to take care of. Finally, truly frustrated at this point. I understand dinner rushes and all, being in the food service industry myself, but 20 MINUTES and no answer. Hung up and went elsewhere. No excuse for such poor service.

What kind of establishment has the nerve to make you wait 20 minutes on hold, while expecting $25+ for a medium pizza. Seriously, go elsewhere and save both your time and money.

Fantastic food, excellent service, you can see main Street while eating, they have misters that keep humidity down, underground free parking. An upbeat fun place. The manager Jillian Olvera made my mother's BDay lunch the happiest time for her. Highly recommended. Fast service too.

OK pizza, can t say it is Sedona Best as they claim, because I haven t tried all of the pizza in Sedona. Decent beer selection, gluten free pizza option. Salads and some decent salad selections as well. Good service and nice atmosphere.

5 stars for staff and food, 3 stars for the prices. Over $120 for a family lunch meal I would have paid half as much for. Good spot but at that price I wouldn't go back again. But, the food was very good.

We stopped in for lunch and ordered a pizza and a bowl of pasta, two kids pizzas and some beers. The pasta was really good, I was under the impression that it was hand-made pasta and really authentic, I couldn't tell if it was packaged noodles or handmade unfortunately. I ordered the bolognese and it was delicious regardless of being handmade or not, the meat seemed to be chopped up meatballs which I've never seen before but it was still good. They brought me a whole plate of cheese which made up for the slight disappointment. The pizza was good and the beers were good! It was not as "authentic" as I was expecting but you wont be disappointed with the food or beers. It's worth a stop if you like pizza, pasta, beer, and they have a dog friendly patio in the shade!

My family and I walked in around 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon. They were not busy when we arrived, or when we left around 5:30pm. We had to seat ourselves. From the moment we sat down, Justin, our server, seemed like he didn't care to serve us. He wasn't very personable, and was very slow. He rarely stopped by, and didn't care to ask us how our food was. He also took 20 minutes from the time he first took our order, to tell us that they were out of gluten free pasta, and my daughter had to choose something else. We all then waited almost an hour for our food. He offered us a special happy hour mojito, which my daughter and wife both tried, and then proceeded to charge us full price for both. He also charged us refills for SODA. What place charges refills on soda? The pizza was bare, and the water tasted like it came out of slide rock park. Overall, our experience was very poor. But to top it all off, they charged us a HEALTH fee on our bill, as well as a 20% gratuity for having 7 people. We split the order into 3 separate checks. Later, we then found out they charged each card TWICE. This place is overpriced and you're sure to receive poor service. Thanks a lot for such a great experience Sedona Pizza & Pasta Company.

I just had dinner here and was disappointed. I had the spaghetti and meatballs with a dinner salad.
The spaghetti was slightly overcooked.
But not real bad. The meatballs were soft, like they should be, but lacked seasoning.
I found the spaghetti to be way over sauced.
Please! Let your patrons decide how saucy they want their pasta.
Put the sauce on top, or on the side.
No garlic bread, and no parmesan cheese on the table!
The balsamic salad dressing was definitely lacking in flavor.
The beer was great, and the service was good.

To start off the location is nice and the interior is nice as well.BUT That's where the niceties end. We showed up on a Sunday, it wasn't very busy at all but still, our server "Marcos" was otherwise engaged somewhere. it took quite sometime to even get our drink order taken Let alone brought out to us. Figuring maybe it was just off to a bad start we decided to order food anyways. While having our lengthy wait for our food We could hear our server and a female (who turns out to be a MANAGER I found out) Cussing and talking inappropriately. They both smelled of marijuana which I'm guessing is why the little stoner boy couldn't manage to get my order right even after correcting him... it's all good to smoke for medical purposes but of its affecting your job performance you need help. Sedona Pizza company needs new management and drug screening in place.
10/10 save your money for a better resturaunt

My family and I have been coming to Sedona every year for the last 10 years. Since Sedona Pizza opened, we ve loved coming at least 3/4 times per trip for the great food and prices. Just came for the first time this year and can not be more disappointed. Spent $50 on a pizza and a dozen boneless wings. Yes, $50 for a pizza and 12 wings...Wings were dry to the touch. Literally almost no sauce. Asked the manager for some extra sauce and was rudely told no, were running low . No solution offered. Glad I paid $20 for some dry wings. Sad to say I don t think we ll ever be back after this experience.

It was very good! Possibly related, me and my boyfriend both puked several hours after eating their pizza. I don't fully believe my puke was pizza related but it could have been. Delicious though. Worth the possible puke.

With a wood-fired, 800 degree oven, the pizza is a slightly thicker take on classic Italian style. Veggies stay crisp (not soggy), and the dough keeps a nice chew to the texture. That said, the pizza is "fine" but certainly not something to write home about. For $8, you can sample 4 different Arizona brews on tap. Price point is to be expected for a restaurant on the main drag.

Caesar salad lettuce was warm.

Caesar salad lettuce was warm.
my overpriced meatballs and spaghetti was a small plate with unseasoned red sauce no Parmesan nor mushrooms and 3 meatballs. It was not tasty at all and for 19.99 it left a lot to be desired.

The food was good and the meal salad was huge. But the pizza, while tasty, wasn't anything special, considering it was on the pricey side for what you generally pay for pizza. I understand that this is a resort town and the vibe is a bit more of an upscale pizza restaurant, but we prefer a more cheesey pizza with denser toppings. What we were served is what we expected, good, but not great.

Very nice server (thank you Jade). Good atmosphere. Would have liked a little crisper crust for Brick Oven BUT still really good flavor! We had the pizza capriccioso and the bianco plus calamari. All really delicious!

I dont think i will visit again. The pizza was just a bit smaller than a large pizza from dominos. (Just to give a comparison) also i think it was about 20 to 22 dollars for just the pizza. The wings were goos though. If you come here i would suggest the wings only. The cheesecake was so tiny! (For it to be $9). We bought 1 pepperoni pizza, 12 boneless wings, a salad, and a new york cheesecake (it turned out to be 1 slice). The TOTAL was $75! So not worth the money.

This is honestly the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to. Friendly service, great atmosphere. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi without shrimp and it was to die for. Meals are on the pricier side, but well worth the cost for the taste and huge portion you get. Would recommend to anyone and will be coming back when I visit Sedona again.

Food was ok but not really great, the appetizer was on point. Plates were dirty. Order took a while to come out and more than one item was burnt, one drink order was messed up. Charged a gratuity on a family with three kids as a party.

Good food and beer: we didn't want very much so we shared a pizza and a salad which were very good. It was let down by the over effiency of the waitress, who came to ask us if we would like anything else while we were still eating our mains, then when we said 'probably not', returned with the check while we were still eating the mains! As we said, 'I guess that means we don't want dessert' then.

Expensive and slow for very plain, average Italian food you can make on the cheap at home. Also, the server came around after our food was out and asked how it was. She then disappeared. One of the kitchen staff noticed my drink was empty and came to refill it himself. We had to get up in order to find our server and flag her down to get our check and go. Won't be back ever.
