I am a property owner who manages my own properties. I recently hired Christine at Simply Residential to help me out with a bind I was in with my current tenants. Christine was extremely knowledgeable, an excellent oral and written communicator, she was quick and attentive in her responses and provided a high level of service and support throughout the entire process. Another attribute I appreciated was her ability to hold respect and dignity for both myself as the property owner and my tenants. We found a solution that worked for everyone involved. I would highly recommend and trust Christine from Simply Residential to manage any of my properties.

I just finished my year-long rental experience with Simply Residential and I was pleasantly surprised at what a positive experience it was being a tenant with a rental company. Things definitely went wrong in the property, as is to be expected with a house that was built in 1904, but they handled these issues really professionally and efficiently. The heat went out. They got it fixed immediately. The screen door was crumbling. They replaced it. I had a ridiculously narrow staircase going down to the basement and Adam worked with me to get a dryer that would somehow fit into the space. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to find a quality rental situation in the twin cities!

I would strongly advise against using this company to manage your rental property. I met with the owner, Ron Huckabee, and got a great first impression. All of my interactions with Ron have been great. Unfortunately, his employees are not so competent. I have had to remind them to follow up on getting documents signed for the lease and to follow up with potential renters. My house hadn't even been rented yet, and they were cancelling showings. And maintenance follow up has been a nightmare. Twice now they have gone forward with maintenance items without telling me how much it will cost. When they do respond to my questions, they give contradictory information. When I asked if they verify the work of their subcontractors, I was first told in one email that they do verify the work by taking photos, and then in a follow-up email I was told that they do not verify the work at all.

Communication is sorely lacking. I know they have good intentions and think they are doing a good job. In fact, this is the biggest problem...they don't even realize that they are dropping the ball.

Thankfully my renters are fantastic! Lucky for me too, I had to rent out my main house because my husband and I are temporarily out of the country for his work, and we went with a different company for that one and the experience has been the exact opposite. When something arises, I get a timely and informative email, and I never have to do anything but send a quick response.

We have had an excellant experience. Will is so professional always.
Live out ot fhe country so a great team in necessary. We are glad we
chose them.

These guys really take care of your property they go out there every month and change filters on your furnace from a maintenance standpoint and service up there

I'm not much for writing reviews but when it's well deserved I will. I've Work with Amanda And Her staff For Several months and all I can say is they Are a company that are on top of there game. I will continue to work with them in the future and would recommend Simply res to anyone looking for a home. Thanks you Amanda and everyone at Simply Res for a great experience.

Will and the rest of the team at Simply Residential are wonderful. Everything has been very easy. Applying for the rental, online and painless. Any maintenance requests were handled in a timely matter, and reporting on the online portal , made it hassle free! Thank you all for your hard work and efforts!

Christine Minor from Simply Residential is the best Property Manager I have worked with in my near twenty years of renting homes across the country! She is an exceptional communicator, skilled in handling high stress situations, extremely knowledgeable in her craft and has a heart to serve.
