Worst experience ever from DHL and Apple. I m a freelancer and I live in London UK. My laptop sustained an irreversible damage and needed urgently a new laptop. Purchased online a 16-inch MacBook Pro on 6th April. Delivery scheduled for 7th April. Zero communication from either Apple or DHL whatsoever until I started calling up to find out what s happening. They couldn t locate the item I purchased! Kept making void promises to me eg Don t worry sir, I can see it s out for delivery etc Apparently DHL updated the status of my delivery today and I m not sure if I m even going to receive it by Monday 12th as they state because Syncreon (Apple s logistics company, responsible or deliveries) says differently on their website. In the meantime I ve lost 4 days worth of wages/income because I have no laptop so couldn t work and the MacBook I ordered was supposed to be delivered to me on 7th April!! No one is gonna pay me this loss and Apple couldn t care less and speed up the delivery or arrange a replacement ASAP! I wouldn t recommend Apple despite how much I like their design and the fact that I got the latest iPhone 12. Their customer service is appalling and they should try to treat their customers with respect at least for they fortune they pay to purchase items from them.
