I loved this company. It was one of the best jobs I ever had in my 30 yrs of employment. The Richardson, TX location has got to be 1 the top locations to be employed. Goodluck to all the crew there.

In past years my previous company (Interek) caught them "recycling" calibration data. Same meter has 3 years of exact found and calibrated data. Currently with a new company using them again (frown), sent item in for calibration and was told item failed calibration and was OOT. Sent to manufacture and found out item was not OOT (out of tolerance) and that is was calibrated wrong. Waiting to see if management will refund calibration charge due to inept calibration/quality process. I've asked 3x for their quality manager starting to wonder if they have one. Calibration lab with out a quality manager is NO BUENO!!!!! Will update post once I hear back from them...issue resolved and credit given. Met with management and calibration team since writing post and have gotten better service with no major issues. Keep up the good work...

They are truly awful. We've had very expensive equipment come back seriously damaged (looked like it was dropped from a distance of several feet). It has seriously jeopardized our project. Stay far away from them.

Easy access, professional and knowledgeable. Prompt appointment and service. Happy people.

Unresponsive customer service. Calibration process is killing my production schedule.

Pros:
- Mr. Lee Kenna is very nice and down to earth person. I appreciate his grounded personality

Cons:
- They hire con artist technicians who slays the interview but flops at calibration
- The excuse stated by the HR on hiring these con art technicians is because they do not know and the technicians yet. Like they will test them for a year.
- The company exploits you as much as they can (wear and tear)
- They promote lean six sigma yet a lot of garbages around the company that needs to be fixed

Pile of garbage! No bueno!
