This place is great for kids and family trips. There s so much to do and the kids love the water, suggest getting the 3 day package deal pass. We got the two day and ended up going the third day, the rides are awesome, we spent and entire day doing that and two days on the water side.

I loved this place. We have had lots of fun, and great time. My only complain is about their map. They are numbers for each rides and places on the map, but not next to the rides! And the numbers on that map are not in order so you have to searching for the name and the number on the map every time you look for something. So, just add those numbers next to the rides names.
The other thing that was kind of weird is they didn't let me use my GoPro! I had my GoPro chest mount, but the rollercoaster's operator told me I need permission from PR, and that he can call and double check with them. Well, I said no need for that. You could use your phone to film anything anywhere! That was a real bummer. Fun fact I have my conversation with the operator recorded :)

Lots of fun, and a great selection of rides for the whole family. I've been going to diverted since they had one roller coaster and they were still performing air shows. The food prices are relatively inexpensive for theme park for and the lines go by quickly. Definitely a great place to take the family.
Very clean and the the kids loved the rides and the prices were not the bad at all. Would definitely recommend this place.

Always a prime destination for summer fun. Great water park, and thrill rides never disappoint. Ice cream cones the size of your head for 5 bucks. Takes me back to a time when things just made sense.
So much walking but worth it. If you want to do both sides makes weekend of it.
The park itself is a lot of fun with plenty of things to do it's just the lines are awful and it takes forever. I don't reccomend going on the weekend.
Been going to this themed park all my life and it never fails to amaze me just how much it's changed over the years, always looking to keep with the times while keeping to its traditional roots. Every time you go its a different experience every time and will never get old.
I went during scary wood with a person with disabilities. The attractions were top notch. The actors were scary. The props and methods were inventive and of excellent quality.
Security missed a group of intoxicated people that harassed us at the Bloody Bayou. They were drinking from flasks, touching us and falling all over each other. It wasn't until we went on the ride that the broke an actors boundaries and were assisted by security.
It definitely put a crimp on what was otherwise a great time at a Friday night spent at Scarywood.
Absolutely no crowd control. Poor signage. It seems like all their coasters are on single train operation giving no relief to long lines. Understaffed, under trained. If you have a choice try a different park! Been in the park since 12:30 it's coming up on 2:30, made it to the front of one line for the coaster to break down and strand people on board, now I'm in a longer line still waiting. Waiting, waiting, waiting for management to join the big leagues or at least attempt to play up.
Silverwood Theme Park is nestled in Northern Idaho and provides great entertainment with both thrill rides and water rides. This is a one-price admission that offers both parks for the price of one. Although it is smaller than most, it provides rockin' thrill rides that will appease most. We got there about 11am and was done by 5pmish. Although we were there a short time, we were able to do most of the rides plus 2 water rides and water bumpers to cool us off. For those really looking for the stomach twister go on the Aftershock. You truly will feel light-headed and off balance. It has you going forward, backward, upside down, and more.
And when you are hungry and thristy, their food and drink prices will not hurt your wallet that much. I feel they priced the meals right and do not gouge you for any convenience fees.
Will definitely go back when I am in the area and need a thrill or two. May want to try the water park next time.
Recommend a must go for all thrill seekers and water lovers.

Very small park... The water park portion of this place was fun though.... The adults can even have a beer in the Lazy River!

I would suggest to spend one day at the amusement Park and then another day at the waterpark. We wouldn't have had the awesome experience that we had, if we would have split the day up to do both!
Totally worth the money and look forward to coming back again and this time with my granddaughter and maybe by then, they will have even more rides and slides to make it even better!

I've been going to Silverwood ever since I was a wee one. Almost every single summer my family and I take a trip all the way from Oregon just to come here. The rides are so fun and the snacks you can find around the park are tasty too. Silverwood is honestly one of my best happy places.
Great staff, and a nice selection of roller coasters. Could use more vegetarian options.

3 stars because I worked here. It was a terrible place to work. I got heat stroke due to not getting water. But going here as a guest is so fun. The lines go pretty fast, you can ride everything in a day, and the water park is fun too! 5 stars as a guest, 1 star to work there.
Go there about once a year, it is very fun, need to go this season.
Needs a fast pass style system like the big corporate parks so visitors can get in a queue for an attraction, then visit less popular attractions, stores, and concessions. 6 hours for 6 rides and one lunch break is such a waste of a great theme park.
I'm not easily scared so for me I would give it 2.5 skulls. As for the work put into it, the costumes, the makeup, actors, attractions they were finominal. If I could would give it a ten star.
I highly recommend this experience for the way they did things here even if your not easily startled. 10 stars out of 5

Great value compared to other theme parks. Great rides in theme park and water park. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean too. Great for adults and kids.
Silverwood offers a pleasant escape within a reasonable driving distance of Seattle. The park is very well maintained and we'll staffed. There are enough rides to keep thrill seeker's and young kids happy plus a water park that makes cooling down on a hot summer day fun and easy. Prices are not too bad for a large theme park but for families on a budget your better off bringing a lunch and snacks with you.
Dont miss the award-winning magic show! Nick Norton is an amazing performer that rivals Vegas acts. Show up early to score a good seat. We saw it twice and was NOT disappointed.
Overall, our family loved all of Silverwood. This place is like a Disneyland experience at 1/3 the cost, and closer too! Wooden roller coasters are outstanding and so is the spinning pendulum thing! Legs dangling and upside down?! My 9 year old and I had a blast on that thing. Lots of rides our 4 yr old could do which was a big plus.
Such a family fun place in the summer time. Don't go here during the cold months when it's scarywood with your young ones because they will get scared and possibly have nightmares.but during the summer time it is a blast. If you have toddlers there even is a toddler section with the smaller rides that keeps them talking about it for months and even years after. :) The only downer is everything at this park is a bit expensive but all in all great place!
Best theme park in the Northwest. Always great service, lines aren t too long, and they play the best bluegrass music around!

Exuse me but it is totally not ok that me and my family had to stand in line for an hour to get some food, the rides where pretty good though, wouldn't recommend if you like fast service. And 40$ for some chicken strips and a hotdog? NOT RECOMMENDED...

we had such an absolute blast here last year and we really hope that we can come back this summer. bravo and well done to the owners water park on one side when its super hot and deadly rides for the whole fam on the other side.

Park overall is in really good condition. However handling covid is terrible matter. Zero social distancing as was written on site as precautions, no enforcing mask mandate either.
We love this theme park. Hope you can go on a less windy day though! It can be chilly with wind. Get the online tickets 3+ days in advance.. No better prices were available that I could find at the time.

It was a great family experience. The place was clean and well maintained with beautifully landscaped areas. We enjoyed boulder beach and the rides/slides there. Wave pool and their rogues were so much fun. Saw many lifeguards by the wave pool. Some lineups were short some were long. Food was not overpriced. You can bring your own food and drinks. Lots of washrooms. Thunder canyon was the best family ride for me. Highly recommend this place.
Busy day at Silverwood the day after the July 4th, but that was expected. Silverwood will always be our family favorite. Have been going to Silverwood for over 20 years. The improvements over the years make Silverwood a world class amusement park. They are continually making improvements and adding new attractions. Kids are older now but will continue to go to Silverwood to continue our traditions of summer fun!

Just amazing. Sillverwood is a beautifully groomed park, filled with fantastic rides and friendly, well-trained staff. Weather you want to go for the food, or the rides, the waterpark, or just the beautiful scenery, this park will not disappoint.
Although I enjoyed the park tremendously, I am extremely appalled by how the employees are treated. I was at Boulder Beach, and today was awfully hot , a great day for soft serve ice cream. So we went to a shop to get some and we saw the employee inside struggling to keep up with demand. But they were doing the best they could, when they noticed the line getting uncomfortable they went out of their way to suggest ways to stay comfortable during the wait. I.E. standing off to the side under the shade of the booth, things like that. As time went, while the line shortened I noticed the employee becoming more and more uncomfortable. When asked (by me and other people in line) they reluctantly told us that they had not gotten a break and needed to use the facilities and rehydrate. It was another 10 minutes until I was at the front of the line. After I got my ice cream i stood around to make sure that they got their break. Nobody came in the span of time I waited there. The worst part was, when a gentleman in front of me offered a tip (of a SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT) to the employee specifically FOR THE EMPLOYEE they told us that they could not individually receive tips, and that money put in the "tip jar" is donated to a charity founded by the park. In honesty, I am highly disappointed by the management of the employees here. If I was the owner I would be mortified at how some of these kids are treated. I will personally never come back. And while I know that an individual customer vowing never to come back may seem in poor taste I cannot accept the fact that I have supported this type of treatment when I go there.
Had I gone last year Silverwood would have recieved 5 stars, but I went during a pandemic. I thought they would enforce what their website encourages. The good: rides were fun. The staff is friendly. The waterpark has the best wave machine. The food prices weren't bad for a theme park. The souvenirs were abundant and affordable. The park had hand sanitizers outside of each ride as you leave. They also had clear markings for the distance people should be from each other. The staff all wore masks. The bad: the guests refused to wear masks when social distancing was a factor, even though there are clear spaces to help people see the distance they should be, they felt being up in each other's business was a better plan. No staff even talked to people about wearing masks or backing off, perhaps it is because they are seriously outnumbered. Rides that had two lines that merged were the worst for this. People didn't understand one side goes then the other side goes all while staying away from each other. Maybe signs explaining this would be good? They had masks for those who didn't bring them, but didn't encourage good behaviour. We saw so many people touching everything, teenagers picking their nose and deliberately rubbing it on the rails in line, kids licking the rails. No cleaning of the side rails where the lines were. A staff member could go down the middle line and at least frequently clean 1 side. The rides took long to go through, which wouldn't have been a big deal if they actually disinfected the rides between people. Not one ride got a full clean. On one ride they cleaned 2 cars and only one side of those 2 cars even though they had passengers on both sides from the previousride. Perhaps clean the seats that had riders? Aftershock was the ride that did the best job cleaning in between rides.
They didn't clean the seat belt part on any ride and this is where people have to touch. Maybe if they had the hand sanitizer before the rides as well as after it wouldn't have grossed me out so much. I almost left after waiting in line on the first ride because I was so disappointed in humanity. The ride sanitation is why I docked stars off. If this could have been more thorough 5 stars would have been given because it isn't fair to punish the establishment for guests who are to good for masks and social distancing. I had too high of expectations that an amusement park could actually be safe and we as a society could join together for a fun day while remaining safe. I think the park has good intentions, but humans are still to selfish.
Food and stuff is pretty expensive but it's kinda fun.

After swallowing the sticker price for our family and grand kids we had an enjoyable time. Especially the children. The train was a delight. especially when the robbers boarded. Youngest grandchild was totally freaked out. The big bad robber had to whisper to him that he was a good guy and this was just pretend. Loved the air show.
We drove 10 hours to get to Silverwood, and we weren't disappointed! Very well maintained, the staff were all friendly and helpful. It was a great time all around. The rides were all fun, the train ride is entertaining. A great place for family entertainment!

At the normal park I got a bit update becuase of how long the lines took with COVID. But I know it s not the parks fault so I let it pass. And I also know the park is amazing without Covid. But the water park?! Oh man! I LOVED the water park! So many different things to do! Each one is a comepletwly different addition fron the other. On ride like rumble falls and velocity peaks there are multiple slides to ride. The riptide racer adds a fun race when you don t know what to do. And in beetween rides I would LOVE to go to the wave pool which was extremely awesome. I loved Silverwood and I will make sure to come back next year

Went to scarywood! I'm totally bummed bc they got rid of the train ride!!! The substitute for the train ride was so-so. Dont have that excitement to go again next year.
Terrible, long lines takes hours to get on each ride. You can only ride about 4-6 rides if you're there all day. Not enough places to sit and rest. Save your money don't go here.

So much fun. If you want to hang out with Mickey, head to Disney. If you want to have fun with your family, come here. We also stayed in RV park, very convenient and comfortable.
