Great food for reasonable prices, and amazing aquarium. Just don't order poached eggs.

Wont let you in buffet when there are obviously people eating cant really win at the machines

Went to Claim jumper. Was disappointed. My food came out cold and service very slow. Going down hill. Too bad. It used to be so good.

There is an excellent service in all the restaurants of this place and its giant pesera is pretty

Hotel looks nice on the outside, free parking, standard room has beds and desk, but no table to eat at if you order room service. No refrigerator or microwave. You can rent a refrigerator for $25/day if one is available, but no microwave at all in any room. Staff all seem very nice. Casino and restaurants are very convenient to the hotel.
Signage for parking and registration for Silverton are unclear. I had to park in structure and then hunt for registration and hotel parking.

Hotel staff are VERY kind, helpful and accommodating! I'm having an extended 2 week stay and Leona at the front desk answered every question about changing to another room and offered the bell captain to help me relocate. Best value in town! Great experience.

Stayed at the Silverton/The Berkley resort. Nice rooms and the pool was nice also. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.

We visited here while on vacation to see the mermaid show. It was pretty cool and they had a lot of really great mermaid inspired art work around the aquarium. The Bass pro shop attached was huge and very easily laid out.

They have guns and knives and a buffet, its legoit!

Clean, fun and awesome fish tank for the kiddos. Added bonus, it's attached to Bass Pro Shop.

There was a antique swap meet. It was in the parking lot and was real nice.

We like the atmosphere everything from the rooms to the slots and the bartenders to food. It's all great and at a reasonable price. That's why we come back every year

Best buffet for the price. Better than station casino and South point. It's definitely worth the 4 extra minutes drive.

I really enjoyed the huge saltwater tank they had next to the Bass Pro Shop. We ate dinner with an out of town guest at Sundance Grill. We were a bit surprised when our servive was terrible and the food was bland. But other than that we all had a good time.

Worst service ever! No regard to covid. 5 days trash sat. service and hospitality no existence

It's a nice casino I really liked the mermaid show and the aquarium, the buffet wasn't to bad but neither to good, the bass pro shop was a nice place to walk in.

Great happy hour specials and 3/2 blackjack. Not too smokey, and good drink service.

Went primarily for the aquarium. It was a good experience and definitely good for children to see. You can walk around the entire aquarium. It is only one tank though. Nothing compared to the Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay. The only down side I see is that it sits adjacent to a bar and is at the end of the casino. Cigarrette smoke was our biggest issue.

I just love that they serve 16oz drafts while I'm playing video poker.

No all you can eat lobster dinner, and they say it's not coming back

Awesome aquarium, mermaid show and scuba divers feed fish in the tank.

Had a horrible time checking in, the original key card was programmed incorrectly, I'm disabled was given a room far away from the front desk, the room was not complimentary so I paid in advance for my room when there were others closer to the casino and front desk, when I went back a second time I was given a closer room by a different and older gent more sensitive to my special needs.

We love coming here for the Polynesian buffet night, which I recommend coming early because the line gets long. My daughter also loves the fish tank, especially when the mermaid swims down. Also nice to stroll through Bass Pro.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms except some of the lights were broken when first came in. They had someone fixed it than life was good. Had a nice stay here would recommend for first time tourists, and casino just next door.

A ton of food options, variety of slots and helpful employees... definitely worth the drive off strip. My only complaint is about the bathroom attendants and how they insist on cleaning the exact spot ur standing in...I was rushed out of an otherwise bathroom bc she needed to wipe an already spotless mirror!

Hotel rooms are clean and reasonably priced. Friendly, Helpful and excellent staff. First time here and, I plan on returning.

Beds are so comfortable. Plenty of hot water .no matter what time of day are night...great customer service...not smoky...

Silverton is one of my most favorite places to play and eat. Had breakfast at Sundance, waitress not attentive or pleasant. First time I had to keep trying to get her attention for coffee. Not once was I asked how was my meal or is there anything I can get you.
Hence the 4 . Minus 1 star rating for breakfast service.

This place is the best especially the mermaids show it's a nice place to take your kids during winter they always have activities.

Good little casino. Clean and friendly staff. Mi Casa is excellent as is twin creeks steakhouse.

My daughter loves the Aquarium actually it is peaceful for me. We love when the mermaid shows up.

Off strip mid scale casino. I would go again. I loved the mermaid bar. We had drinks and a meal while watching the huge aquarium fish and mermaid.

This is a pretty good casino. It's smokey, of course, and you can't avoid the smoke regardless of where you want to go. So that's kind of gross, especially when I'm only going into the place for a restaurant. Other than that, they keep it clean. It has some neat places to eat in it. Worth a visit.

Got seated quickly. Very friendly staff. Told us about special if you sign for players club when we declined she politely went ahead with transaction without any hard sell
Onch seated the table and area around it was nice and clean. They had a nice variety available at lunchtime. Drinks were keep full and plates promptly removed. The food was very good.

It's beatiful the decoration, mermaid in the water etc. But buffet is not good. The food is not good. They need to work more to improve the buffet.

Came for the Friday seafood buffet and I must say this is my new favorite buffet out of all the buff phase in Las Vegas dollar for dollar value eyes you can't beat it with the 50% off coupon for new members and gas I highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for a value deal in Las Vegas 5 stars all the way great job Silverton keep doing what you're doing

Wednesday is BOGO for the buffet, the food is outstanding. Always fresh and yummy. A great selection for everyone in the family. The service was excellent as always. Even though there were a lot of people there the line moved very quick and our wait to be seated was less than 10 minutes. Keep up the great e work silverton. My family and I always leave stuffed with smiles on our faces and ready to return again soon!

Fun place, real mermaids swim in huge aquarium, biologist feed sharks and stingrays! Hotel is attached to Bass Pro Shops, with huge waterfalls, trout, sturgeon, ducks. Recently added Cracker Barrell Restaurant. Has something for everyone!

Overall a great experience. Good food, friendly staff. Be warned though. The hot tub is closed due to social distance guidelines. Clean rooms and convenient location.

Spaghetti and meatballs are good. The server was ok. He brought my soup at the same time as my entree and took forever to bring my ice tea. He had a good personality though

Went to the Bass Pro Shop at the Silverton Casino. It was very similar to all other Bass Pro Shops. Good selection. Good customer service. Fun to wander around. And for Black Friday evening, it wasn't crazy, which was nice. And the store wasn't a disaster from earlier in the day.

Blackjack didn't let you double on soft hands. Cool aquarium.

Great people the staff is so sweet .Just remember to make reservation before you go to the restaurant.

I went to the craft festival and farmer's market on Sunday. Overall it was a lot of fun, but it was expensive. There were a lot of great products and produce and I do not regret spending the money, but it was much pricier than I anticipated.
