This shop is "our go to florist" in the Middletown, Redbank, Lincroft area. We send all our customers orders through this shop . The feedback is always fabulous! Very caring and easy to work with.
A dear friend of the family was to have surgery on a Thursday, wanted the flowers to arrive the day before. The surgery date was moved up to Wednesday, so I called them late in the afternoon on Tuesday to change the delivery. Even though the delivery van was already out, they made a point of getting the floral arrangement to our friend that night. So very grateful.

Anna Rose was extremely helpful in putting together a great arrangement for a birthday delivery. She also made sure it got there very quickly and did not sacrifice quality. Would definitely go back.

Sent flowers to my Friend. She loved them. Will use them again. Thank you for making me look good!

Worst florist on the planet, close it down and put a pet shop. Dont go here very rude and snoty!

Great customer service, they went above and beyond to find the right flowers and get them delivered on time.

Placed an order on Friday for Saturday pickup (credit card charged) for Mothers Day weekend for my wife.

When attempting to pick up the order at the time we agreed on just the day prior, I was told they couldn't find it...after answering 20 questions and showing my online credit card statement I asked for a refund.

That apparently was a no no. The 'big' guy who worked their apparently couldn't handle the 'stress' of Mothers Day weekend and literally started yelling at me. Honestly, screaming at me, in front of other customers....unreal.

I am a 50 year old man and don't expect to be yelled at. I was more than accommodating during the fiasco, never once raised my voice (and the others in the store know it, as do all the customers who were there) ... Obviously will never go there again.

This place is an embarrassment to local businesses.

The excuse given (by a pleasant woman when taking my info for a refund) was that they were busy because of mother's day. Perhaps less business will help in the future.

The owner of this florist is an absolute doll! They just delivered our flowers on a Monday in the middle of July! This is a huge deal because they are not even open... Such a beautiful bunch of people to do business with!

Went to this florist and had an amazing experience. They had a great selection of flowers and the staff was very respectful and provided me with the help I needed to pick out my flowers. I left extremely happy with my purchase.

My family and I had the difficult task of choosing flowers for my mothers wake and funeral. Karen could not have been more helpful and kind. She worked patiently with us in creating stunningly beautiful arrangements. I would not go anywhere else for any occasion.

Well worth the money when you want something extra special. The service person was friendly and took the time to ask about my preferences to help me make a selection. Unusual flowers, some which I d never seen before. The storefront does not do it justice for such a great place.

Bridget took such good care of me and everything I wanted/dreamed for our wedding. She was so accommodating and even re-did things to stay in my budget while keeping my vision fully in tact. I highly recommend Silver Tulip Florists for any and all of your floral needs, but especially for a wedding or big party.

Do not go to this florist! They are crooks. They verbally agree to a budget, then change their mind AFTER taking the deposit! What kind of business does that? Absolutely do not go here.

Rude and condescending to customers. No one should be treated the way they treat their customers. Will never do business here again.

Got in quick and easy when I needed flowers in a pinch. Better selection than the acme but much more expensive
