Very caring and easy to work with.
A dear friend of the family was to have surgery on a Thursday, wanted the flowers to arrive the day before. The surgery date was moved up to Wednesday, so I called them late in the afternoon on Tuesday to change the delivery. Even though the delivery van was already out, they made a point of getting the floral arrangement to our friend that night. So very grateful.
