Placed an order on Friday for Saturday pickup (credit card charged) for Mothers Day weekend for my wife.
When attempting to pick up the order at the time we agreed on just the day prior, I was told they couldn't find it...after answering 20 questions and showing my online credit card statement I asked for a refund.
That apparently was a no no. The 'big' guy who worked their apparently couldn't handle the 'stress' of Mothers Day weekend and literally started yelling at me. Honestly, screaming at me, in front of other customers....unreal.
I am a 50 year old man and don't expect to be yelled at. I was more than accommodating during the fiasco, never once raised my voice (and the others in the store know it, as do all the customers who were there) ... Obviously will never go there again.
This place is an embarrassment to local businesses.
The excuse given (by a pleasant woman when taking my info for a refund) was that they were busy because of mother's day. Perhaps less business will help in the future.
