I'd like the casino more if they had a larger nonsmoking area

I took my mom to this casino on Christmas day. We had the Christmas Buffet dinner for 23.99 each plus tax USD. What a joke!!! Not even real turkey, prime rib was tough and full of fat. The other items were typical buffet food, so I guess it was alright, but for the price? no way!!!! The sever girl who waited on us was quite pleasant which we appreciated.
The casino is a nice casino, be mindful yhst it is smokey in there, so if smoke bothers you, you might as well not even go. The non smoking slot machine room is a joke, it plain and simply just sucks in there. Too small.
The dealers at the table games are always
friendly and seem to enjoy their customers.
The payouts on the machines are alright....typical casino. Some machines pay better then others, but I seem to have good luck at this casino. The staff working at the food and beverage areas need a serious lesson about customer service. Not helpful and rude as hell. Sorry, but not sorry. Management needs to watch that a bit more carefully. I do enjoy this casino, it is laid back and is good time.

Probably not my cup of tea but everything smells like smoke. The restaurant's are very average. It's quite pricey for what it was worth. On that note I'm not gambler so what was I expecting.

We went in early afternoon was very nice very clean friendly workers had lots of options to eat .

Their Monday $5 buffet lunch is a great deal and comes with a $5 playing credit ...

The hotel itself was very clean. The stuff wasn't extremely friendly but they weren't unfriendly either. The pool was nice and the room is clean although it looked like someone to just left because there was water still left in the bathtub. The casino was fun I did not like the fact that the restaurants are right in the middle of it so we had to take the kids through Casino in order to get dinner or the buffet. Overall experience was good I would go there again.

Had a blast! Got a decent priced room booked on the day we wanted to stay. Parking was limited it seemed but all in all a good stay!

It was an average Saturday night, good crowds and games were fun.

Would have been much better if machines paid out more....or at least got free coffee and pop

I had an amazing overnight stay, treated like royalty and such a great deal!! Also they have a great exchange rate for Cdn to US cash!

Always have a good time at the Reef and the food is always good

Most staff is nice and it a nice low key place so your not bother if you just trying to get out for a few

I would give the hotel four stars but the casino and event staff less than two.
We were vendors at an event here and no one had been contacted to open the bay doors after the event, to let us out.
We managed to get our own merchandise out. When we tried to ask a security officer to call down to the security office to have them send someone down to let the others out, he said we would have to go to the security office ourselves. The security office is half the building away from where we were.
The building is poorly designed. Customers should not have to be constantly running around when staff can simply call the other end of the building on the phone.

Smells like ciggarettes, old people, and financial desperation. Most of the slots suck and you're more likely to walk away with less than you came with.

I was impressed with their COVID mitigation efforts. Really clean. Staff was kind too.

Took my girlfriend to the spa for her birthday, the pricing was very reasonable and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Went for the $5.55 Monday buffet and came away impressed, there was a good selection and well worth the money. They had a small no smoking slot area near the restaurant which was nice while we waited for a table.

Will I never win but other than that it's fun I'm not sure why spending thousands and losing every penny every day is fun but it is

The location is a little far away from other things. The rooms are beautiful and clean! The staff I saw were very friendly and outgoing.

Very Smokey . I am a smoker and it was still way Smokey inside.

The Reef is now 100% non smoking. There is a smoking area in the amphitheater but not on the gaming floor. The atmosphere just seems better now and it smells alot cleaner!

Sparkly. Lots of people waiting to play the good machines. People slide right in front of you just when you think it's your turn to go....

The mattress was too soft, and the slot machines had some incredibly racially and culturally insensitive stereotypes. The people working there were very kind, though.

It's ok--but hard to win and money--better think before you go and lose your hard earned money.

Very nice casino, very clean allways have tons of fun everytime I step foot into that place and they seem to take more then they give money wise haha otherwise awsome place to gamble

We went for the dinner buffet and a few hands of blackjack. I won $40.00. it was a blast. The only thing that I didn't care for was that smoking is allowed inside the casino. But I still give it 5 stars because the food was amazing and the staff are top notch. I really want to visit again soon.

Came here for a night of fun with an old friend. The thick smoke and colorful slot machines created a mysterious atmosphere fit for a new york city night club.

They not only have slots and game tables they also have a variety of different restaurants

I have only been to a few different casinos but I liked this one alot. All the staff were professional and helped me out being that I am in a wheelchair. It was clean and fun.

They have the lowest payouts in the state i never leave even with just a few dollars up and i go with 1 to 400 and have no problem quitting and going home ive been there over 100 times since they opened and went home ahead maybe 10 times and never a big win most was maybe 150 up so go with the mind set to have some fun and not going home a winner at all some good food though

The hotel is very nice....but I don't stay since I live 10 mins away. As far as gambling I've never won much here...thats why locals call it the Silver Thief.....I go here for the food....my favorite being Panasia.....there are many good dishes here but the ultimate fried rice & broccoli & beef are great.
