We stay about 3 times a year, we just love staying in the north tower because of the 3 head shower..so relaxing for a night or 2.

I have fun at the sliver reef all the time. Chill time here all the time.

I got a $100 gift certificate from my son for my birthday last year. I took it to the Silver Reef to spend it this year. And they told me that charge you for not using it right away. So by the time I decided to bring a few friends out to listen to some music and eat and have some cocktails my $100 gift certificate was worth $48. So I had to pony up $65 for my bill plus a tip. I was not impressed .so since I was driving we left before we even gambled. Maybe they did us a favor.

Too smoky and the toiletries provided in the room smelled awful like old men's cologne. We were told to prop the door open so the room could air out. Then I was told I could wait in the lounge "over there" There was nothing there no food drinks tv etc nothing. Breakfast buffet was disappointing food was cold. I was leading a group of 15 people I expected better customer service. After the room became less toxic I could say it was nice. Other guest loved the pool and spa. I've stayed at other casinos ( I don't gamble) and this was not what I'd expected.

No rooms and pretty much stayed in the casino just ordering drinks and playing slots. The whole experience was very enjoyable.

I have been to many casinos and silver reef was by far the best! Shout out to Amy (dark haired short lady) for finding my mom's ticket she lost and returning it. Amy was so sweet she deserves a raise. All the staff were so nice. Renaldo was so welcoming and fun. It felt like home. Absolutely loved silver reef. I would give it a million stars if I could.

A little out of the way but nice facility. If you're not accustomed to casinos, the thick cigarette smoke may put you off, it does me.

Location is some what out of the way which is nice to be away from the main city (no distractions) my husband and I came here for our anniversary, it has been an amazing time. The rooms are clean and the room we were in had a wonderful thre headed shower. Lots of options for eating out and many many cocktail options. Staff is friendly and helpful. My husband and I will most definitely be coming back!!

I LIKE THE SILVER REEF CASINO. BEST BURGERS IN WHATCOM CO. AT RED RIVER CAFE. GOOD PIZZA, AND SOME GOOD FOODS. "THEY DO NEED SOME FOODS FOR DIABETIC PEOPLE OR ONES TO WANNA EAT HEALTHY. " OH AND "THEY NEED COCONUT AND OR SOY MILK".

Hey they're giving away free money here today, well at least on this visit. I usually stop in & make a donation playing the latest slots. Lots of good times & entertainment, clean establishment with lots of food & drink options. I definitely recommend the buffet, best desserts around. Champagne brunch is a good choice as well. Really nice hotel & spa, great for a weekend stay. I will be back to get some more of that free money on my next visit. (yeah right).

This has nothing to do with winning or loosing but when your dealers and Pit Boss are extremely rude and basically useless it sure makes your casino the worst. Silver Reef has the worst roulette situation ever. One wheel and 2 layouts. You are not allowed to bet until all bets are paid so if one side has a big payout and other one doesn't you have to wait. Well the dealer who is on the other side doesn't care about your betting (around 200 chips) and how much time they give you. They just spin and you can't even place all your bets before they call no more bets. When this was brought up to them the dealer couldn't care and the pit Boss was even worse with her shrug of her shoulders. Everyone complains and they just don't care. They are run by a joke of a company and wish they would learn from the customers who are keeping them in business. I would rate them a 0/10 if I could.

The hotel is actually a very nice establishment with well trained and knowledgeable staff. I would definitely recommend it as a place to visit very soon!

Unhappy staff . Never received my breakfast after watching other people get there's. Had to leave I was so angry. The hostess didn't care. My room was not that clean and the check in and out took way to long.

Had a great time. My wife and I played slots and the atmosphere was nice. We will be going again.

I was pleasantly surprised with the buffet. It was $9.95 and included the beverage. There was pork, chicken, meatballs, baked beans, ribs, pasta, potatoes, salad, rolls, soup, delicous pie desserts and much more. Everything tasted very good. My waitress was named Mabel and she was pleasant, respectful and very on top of things. It was nice to have a good meal at a low price and great customer service.

We're not big gamblers but have fun in the non-smoking slot area. Staff is excellent and food and snacks are good value - just have to figure out the roulette ball as it's always landing in the slot beside my number!!!

I went to Panasia for lunch with my grandmother. It was pretty good. I've been before, both to play the slot machines, and to get food. I like that it is a very casual place (both the casino and the restaurant). The service at the restaurant was great.

It's a casino...wins have never been good for me there. But again...its a casino. Staff was very nice though. Wish they had a free beverage station.

We come here for The Steakhouse restaurant, totally worth the hour drive for the best rib eye in WA state, service is impeccable.

Bad experience with the people at the cash cage. Told them I'll go to Skagit Casino. They shrugged it off and say oh well

i really enjoy the casino staff they are alwaysfun to talk to.an they have alot of fun games to play here.the food is really good also.

The worst experience at this Hotel they calmed that the pictures on there website was not updated I paid for a room that basically did not get an they didn't even try to solve the problem just basically told me to deal with it DON'T WASTE UR MONEY AT THIS HOTEL

Went out to have a good night. Service was great and had a blast! I would definitely recommend for a fun night out.

Great little casino, room was clean and they even had a "smoke free" slots section. Go early if you want to dine in one of the restaurants or make reservations, wait times can get quite long for a table.

It was all very rewarding. From the casino, to the bar, to the spa. Everything was simple quick and easy.

They have been really nice to us here...consistently. There is great food in all the restaurants, fun slots and table games, fun promos, a nice spa and comfortable hotel rooms and suites. Would recommend it for a night of fun

Non smoking section is a nice thought but lack of ventilation does not make this idea work.

The Steakhouse is hands down the best meal I've ever eaten in my life. The lobster was delicious, steak cooked to perfection. Then went over to the Panasian for drinks. Cody, the bartender entertained and made the evening enjoyable. Will definitely come back, this time staying at the hotel.

Like all casinos....gave my donation. But cafe dinner was very good.

This newly renovated casino offers $3 blackjack, a free meal during your birthday month and a very nice steam room/sauna. The slot machines seem to pay out fairly as well.

We stayed at Silver Reef many times since it opened...after many months in the Philippines i was hoping to see the free nights brochure in the mail...not here yet...lol...hope they still have the free nights...i love the silver reef...restraunts are by far the best...

They harassed me after I was there for five min because they were bored and it was slow,they need to do there job and not pretend they are law enforcement ,

On the evening of June 15, I visited the Silver Reef with 6 other family members. It was the first time for all of us. The first unpleasant contact we had with staff was the sign up area for your rewards card. All 3 people there were rude and unfriendly. We were treated as if we were an interruption instead of being welcomed.
Our next encounter was at the buffet. The. "hostess" barely acknowledged us. We had to wait quite a while for a table, but she never reassured us that we would be seated soon or that they were working on getting a table ready. After being seated, the woman who took our drink order was barely civil. And I witnessed another waitress rolling her eyes as she turned from a conversation with a patron.
With all of the casinos in this area, training your staff to be courteous, friendly, and helpful should be high priority. Everyone in our group has decided to go to one of the many other casinos in the future. We will definitely not return.

Event saff throughout establishment was rude to multiple parties. Catered food was delicious. Event room was pleasant.

Best off going to get your own drinks. Waitstaff has a few good people, but the majority cater to those who have the most money on the machines. Good luck!

Fun place to go and kill a few hours. It is a casino so the smoke smell is overwhelming sometimes. The service for drinks if you are at a slot machine is terrible but still a fun place. The only thing that would make it better is if they adopted a no perfume policy for workers.

The dining offerings are wide ranging & good; especially the Seafood Buffet! Wish they offered more video poker machines to play on, of varying "betting amts). We're there often when our band, the Replayzmentz, play in the lounge; one complaint tho is too small a dance floor & very limited "seating"!

I walked in with $5 threw it in a machine won $35 and cashed out. Quick easy $30 and I was out.

Food quality here was really good. Although the lunch selection was very limited for the price. It was not very busy at all when we arrived for lunch maybe that is why. They did explain to us that the dinner selection is very different. Maybe we will try that out. If lunch was a bit cheaper, then we would return, but at that price for the limited selection we can't. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and all in all it is a nice restaurant.
