I honestly don't know where to start with Janette!
Janette sent us proofs of key pieces of stationery, and was always happy to work with us to tweak even the smallest of details. Janette is not only incredibly professional, but her attention to detail is second to none and she takes such great care in her work that she contacted us on a couple of occasions to double check the names of guests and even the spellings of our processional music (she was right!)
Janette can not only turn her hand to anything (including one off pieces such as our table plan map!) but she is a guiding hand throughout the planning process, and we appreciate her keeping us right with timings for printing various items (invaluable when we were juggling so many things in the final run up to the wedding!) Nothing is too much trouble, including us having family illness right before our big day, and Janette happily pushing our final table plan printing back to the last minute - it's no wonder she has won awards for customer service!
Janette has been truly wonderful in helping us create the most stunning wedding stationery we have ever seen - I didn't realise stationery could be so impactful, but it truly lifted our reception room and helped us set the tone for our wedding day. We had so many compliments on our invitations in particular, and it is all down to Janette's vision and creativity.
Janette made a huge and positive impression on us and my parents even from our first meeting as a genuinely kind, committed and caring lady who genuinely loves supporting couples in planning the wedding of their dreams. She very quickly changed from supplier to friend, and was someone we looked forward to having catch-up meetings with.
