Nice and clean with friendly staff. They pride themselves on being environmentally friendly.
We booked a taxi for early morning and they made us breakfast to take with us.

Staying here for 2 night, the waterfall is awesome and so refreshing. Waking up in the morning hearing waterfall sound is great. Some facilities are broken like the water heater kettle machine, but i consider this is a great place for budget vacation

It is about a 10-minute walk from Monorail Beach Station.

5 minutes walk to Mega House.
Luge is in front of the beach station, so everyone can move around comfortably.

It is tied to the second floor, but the room is very humid even with the air conditioner turned on. The interior rooms are old but neat. It is inconvenient if the height is small because the toilet toilet is installed high.

The swimming pool in the resort looks nature-friendly. There are not many types of breakfast to eat, but all guests can use it. Check-in is on the 8th floor. The location on Google Maps and the actual resort location are slightly different.

It is a cheap accommodation in Sentosa and the cost performance is good.

A good hotel for a holiday with a family in the midst of greenery .. There is a swimming pool, the hotel is right by the sandy beach across the road. Just need to track the ants in the room ..

At a glance I thought this place is the heaven. The reception seems to be very odds and authentic. The scenery of swimming pool is very natural and heaven like, not like typical other mordern hotels' ones.
We got upgraded from delux to family room. I did really appreciate that.

Great relatively low cost resort compared to other hotels in Sentosa. Excellent salt water pool, perfect for families. Has slides and a huge waterfall. Restaurant food was tasty. My family have stayed twice now and we would go back again. Highly recommended for a staycation or holiday.

Been coming here for our annual family trip for the last 4 years, always great service, big clean rooms and LOVE the pool. Good variety at breakfast. Easy walk to the train station for the kids, so near to the best beach on the island!

Beyond the imagination for housing, cleanliness and atmosphere, but must be restored some sites and the addition of a better restaurant and thank the administration for their initiative to support the special needs

Nice for families, but if you want white sanded island beach go the opposite side called palawan beach, it's much nicer :)

A very nice place especially for families. The swimming pool is spacious and really long, my room is quite spacious right in front of the pool. Get out of here, beside directly there are beaches and a variety of places to eat, namely MCD, Merry Brown, cafe, bikini bar etc. By train, you are immediately delivered to Universal Studios Singapore. I am very comfortable here

I used it in a twin 2 room connect room.
I was able to leave the crowds and relax until the eyes of the beach. The pool was big and very nice. The view from the roof is amazing.
The restaurant ate breakfast for 5 days and it was very delicious.

We loved staying here. The staff are very helpful and the rooms well looked after. What we liked most of all are the pools with the waterfall and two fun slides. It s like swimming in the rainforest.

Omg I LOVED it here. So relaxing, great rooms, good food, awesome pool and the staff are so nice. And they have a resident lizard called Django. Loved it. Thank you.

A detached island that can be reached on foot, by cable car and monorail train. In the evenings on weekends concerts and mass games are held. There are a lot of amusement rides operating on an ongoing basis, including the descent on the Zip Line cable, skiing, and much more. There are locker rooms, showers and lockers for things for people coming from the city on vacation.

Indications and sign board leading to the resort was not obvious (due to dull colored sign board)

Love the beach! Been there every weekend for ny beach vball games. Shower facilities have recently upgraded which will provide us with more places to shower.

Guys, We stayed here for 2 days. I was traveling with my wife and a 5 yaer old. The hotels location is very good , but the room size and comfort is very poor.
The swimming pool is fantastic here.

I haven t liked a single thing about this resort. Over priced. Room wasn t clean. There were insects on the table in the room. We were asked to use personal towels for beach visit. No hand towels in the room. There was no person at pool side for safety. Staff was very rude. Before check out, I called reception for luggage pick-up. A lady asked me to leave the big bags outside room and come to reception for check out. I came to reception for check out as per their instructions. When I came for check out, I checked for luggage pick up and lady asked if I called for pick-up. When I said yes, she denied upfront. Then, I requested her for pick up. She said, it will take time. I waited for 10 minutes and checked again, a gentleman at reception said, they have only one person at concierge and he is busy. If you are in hurry get your luggage yourself in very rude manner. My driver was waiting for us from 10 minutes. When I raised concern about the way he was talking to me and asked him to invite the manager, he denied there s no manager in the resort. When I asked again, he denied and said, they are the only managers and I need to interact with them only. They were very rude and even said, they will call police if I keep in asking for manager. Somehow after another 10 minutes I got my luggage and I boarded the cab along with my luggage and left the resort. I ll bot recommend this resort to anyone. Staff here is very bad and rude. They don t know, how to talk to their guests. Overpriced property.

A charming place hidden at Siloso beach at Sentosa. Perfect place to spend a quiet weekend.

This place is fantastic! It looks like your typical postcard from paradise.It does not disappoint at all.So much fun with lots of things to do.Would totally recommend it, and would definitely want to go back.

Pretty nice hotel. Many wild animals around. Quite a special experience to stay here.

Everything is great. The service was good and staffs there were friendly and very helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.

Pool was so great place because there was slide and not crowded.

Okay place, near the beach. The wifi is not good, it's slow and only at level 1 restaurants. Not accessible in rooms.

Place was great but was just there for an event so didn't really notice anything around

Luckily we found this room at a cheaper price in comparison to other local hotels. Room was clean, breakfast was varied of western and Asian dishes where we had a peacock and monitor lizard join us too!

Staff at front desk were lovely and helpful however when we asked staff working the grounds questions such as; how can we get to the beach? Or is there a bar available for the pool? We just got blank stares. This happened on 3 separate occasions during our 1 night stay.

Would go back as value for money is great but staff definitely need to be educated in ot ignoring customers.

Very poor quality room and they charge heavily!! Very poor service they don t even provide water to the clients!! No proper connectivity of communication!! The front desk staff is so rude! We are not asking anything free we are paying huge amount for rooms very poor service!! Sorry tourism of singapore should chevk weather people are happy or not being we are visiting country by name!!

Below average food. Staff has wierd rules such as use body wash instead of hand soap bar, only mineral water available in room, etc

Good beach must visit on sunday on public holiday ..but water is not clear to swim

Ate at the siloso beach cafe for lunch. It was very chill there, kind waiters and good service

My family and i have been visiting this resort periodically for nearly a decade. We like its rustic design. Importantly we support this resort because it is eco-minded (eg sustainability) and employs people with special needs.

However the owners please take serious heed. Rustic is not equivalent to run-down. In this visit; i found many things breaking down.

In the room, the air con is not cold despite the setting below 20 deg, the TV and phone are not functioning well and the channels do not match what has been indicated in the channel menu. The door magnetic lock broke down and someone has to fix it.

In the premise, the place looks run down. On the day that we left, the lift button was spoilt.

It is not worth the hotel price with such deplorable conditions. Please renovate.

I will want to be back. Im ok with the simple breakfast and not so new furniture. But at least things should be functioning properly. Thanks.
