People will really enjoyed this place because there is lots to explore in terms of nearby sightseeing options as well as the resort itself is huge and decently maintained so you can just take a walk there which is really good.
The Good
The property is Picturesque. There are some good amenities which can be enjoyed by both the young and the old and the old. buffet breakfast is exhaustive which is really good you have a lot of options however the in-room dining is not at all upto the mark the items are very limited and the taste is also mediocre.
The Bad
Room cleaning and housekeeping really needs to step up their game because they are not prompt and they need to be reminded multiple times.

There is a place where the resort hosts rock concerts. The volume of the same is too much for people who just want to relax. The Spa can certainly be much better. Some of the sessions take place in the beauty parlour where the ambience does not allow one to relax. There are a lot of mosquitoes in this area so a repellent is a must. There is nothing particularly bad about the resort but nothing that great either.

Great place for any kind of purpose. Business or leisure or holidaying. Just a bit of everything that's needed is present in this resort. Good place.

Good resort , very good and courteous staff , good food ambience , overall just that we had water supply interruption in the bathroom twice. So 4 stars , otherwise it's superb.

EXTREMELY well maintained infrastructure. But housekeeping service is bad.

Good place to hang out. We should be prepared for slower service large area to be covered from central kitchen.
For events do a lot of discussion banquet cover all your requirement. Careful about your required food quantity.

Very nice resort with good rooms, nature, swimming pool and courteous staff.

Lovely place for families and couples. Midst of the hustle and bustle a quite retreat with ample of things to do with the kids. The staff especially were very helpful and gracious.

Had a very bad experience on 28 the April , was there for a reception , our car got stuck and damaged at very badly done humps at parking lot all over security mute watcher's without help management should take care of this basic facility I am thinking of legal action

It's a beautiful place, very friendly staff, neat and clean premises. The rooms and bathrooms were also well maintained.

Resort is pretty good and is spread over a vast parcel of land.Lots of fun activity and recreational areas. Rooms are spacious and the views from balcony are pretty good overall. If you are staying overnight breakfast buffet is good and has a good mix of South and North Indian food items.
The in house restaurant and room service are a different story though. Quantity is not and issue but the taste and serving time is a big big issue.
If you are ordering for room service no matter how big or how small your order size is it's gonna take a very very long time to deliver. Plus you will end up frustrated making multiple calls and repeated reminders are a must to see thru that your order is delivered. Expensive items and definitely not value for money.
The staff at reception are courteous but room allotment takes a long time, I got rooms alloted after 1.5hrs of check-in time. But when it was checkout time prompt came the call from reception reminding us of our check-out time and kinda forcing us out of rooms even though we got rooms alloted late.
I would have given it 2.5 star if google allowed the option just for the beauty of the place, quiet and serene surroundings.
Room service and their guest policy are seriously lacking commitment and don't feel they are upto other resorts in Mysore!

Do not book cottages

Good rooms, we stayed in cottages but the air conditioning is worst.
AC doesn t work for cottages as we used 3cottages and all had same problem.
But the suites were good on air conditioning front.

It's a very nice place ... Big rooms big spa... Bang on road with its own lake huge lawn.. Beautiful pool... Can improve on hospitality. Water body run around the property which was in bad shape maybe they are in process of doing cleaning or something... Food was reasonable but can be better.. They are not too strict about pool rules .. Kids with dippers and with clothes were in the pool which makes you feel not going in.. Italian cafe was good.

Nice property , nice landscape and well planned green patches. Very good weekend hangout option for family and friends. The Cottage option we tried was very spacious and lake facing big open balcony was a great experience.

Beautiful outdoor restaurant in a Serene resort.Excellent service.Food is delicious except for the fact that it gets cold by the time it reaches the table.Something needs to be done about this.

Good place very laid back staff with poor service attitude

A well maintained place. Rooms are neat and clean. They have a huge space around where you can go for a walk, do some bicycling, spend some quiet time near the lake. The complimentary breakfast is provided. Rooms have kettles available. The pool was clean. They also have good arrangement for various indoor games. The only negative star is for their customer service. They are rude and will charge a good amount of money even for asking extra salt.
