Great staff, hospitality. Loved the food and customer centric attitude

Good experience with respect to stay, food and locality. But one of the staff was rude. Since we didn t get much time to spend in the resort as we went for visiting tourist places in Mysore, we requested the tram driver to take us around the resort before we checked out of the hotel. He rejected our request and was rude in behaviour.

Elaborately designed property, good pool, themed n artificial lake with sync fountains, accommodation n food all good. Minor hiccups in service could be ignored. Great food. Good Spa.
Housekeeping certainly needs improvement in terms of room readiness with all defined amenities.
There should be an option of choosing room floors within a type while booking.
Best rooms are the one on the sides of main part of the lake.

Good resort, nice facilities but very bad check out!

If your around Mysore and if u need a luxurious stay then its the best place with a beautiful garden and swimming pool.

Nic and awesome place to spend time with family and friends

Ambience is superb at silent shores. Food quality is too High, you will like all the dishes you have ordered. The downside is price of the dishes. Quantity of the food served is very less.

Good place to dine, stay, enjoy and relax. You ve fine restaurants, bar lounge, cafeteria, swimming pool, gymnasium, Italian foods, bake items, drinks and all kind of food items. Spacious place to walk, good ambient location to plan for luxurious weddings, party, treats and family dining. Visit the Stop and enjoy.

They have a fine dine restaurant, an Italian restaurant, a lounge bar/disco and a cafe in the campus.

We had a very lovely time here. Its beautiful place with nice guys to help you around. My kids had a full fun here

We stayed here for one night. I must say we walked out a happy family. The Suite was very well maintained with good interiors. Their pool is large and clean. Food....is Best! My son and niece enjoyed both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines. Food service is a bit slow...but the wait is worth it...because the food tastes delicious. Two Thumbs Up!

A well decorated place. The Italian restaurant is good. But the approach road is in a pretty bad condition.

Dangerous food, rude staff who don't care about guests

Awesome place for a staycation. Bit far from City. Must take a cab to reach here. Staff is also quite good.

Resort is beautiful but service was very poor ,we called them for water at evening but till morning they didn't give.

Amenities are great such as indoor and outdoor activities. Food options are good. Do not choose the deluxe hotel side if you want a balcony with the view.

I loved the resorts for many reasons firstly to start with it's area, greenary, lake,food,stuffs, spacious rooms,prompt service,buffer breaakfast and many..
Few cons-
Covid precautions could have been better,food charges lil bit higher..

Excellent place for multipurpose arrangements. It's not a place for variety of outdoor games or adventure activities. But a quiet and peaceful place to make your stay memorable. I loved the hospitality, food, accommodation and swimming pool.
There some parts/places looks bit old but that's ok, works fine, properties can't be maintained to look like a newly built all the time. Anyway, a great place for team outing, also good resort to be with family. It does have some of the indoor games like pool table, it has spa, different ranges of accommodations and all of the rooms have balconies.
