Accommodation, ambience all good. But new Restaurant Bella Italiano, food terrible, service ultra slow, expensive. You'll do well to avoid it

It's just amazing , clean, very good hospitality, candle night dinner....all all very good

The look is great. The service is that much worse. Only two people serving in the outside area of restaurant Ambrosia. When complained the in charge waiter started giving excuses of manpower. We were served water after seating for 30 minutes. Complained in the reception, all they did was saying sorry. And also suggested for other restaurants, instead of rectifying their own mistake. Returned without having food and a bad face infront of family. I hope others don't face similar disaster.

Silent shores charges 10% service charges without consent, when confronted they say it is compulsory but according to rules the service charges are voluntary and cannot be charged compulsorily.

Need a break this will be correct option.

Silent Shores is a perfect family resort for any type of functions. Its natural ambience and a well kept sprawling outdoor make it all the more ethereal and satisfying.

Organising evening parties are not a use here... More over the management services and repose is too bad... Prefer a better hotel or resort than this....

Swimming pool for the public for 500 ruppes. Water is shallow amd there a couple of pool sode basketball hoops. But not much more entertainment otherwise. Decent place

As per my visit this is like name describes silent and worth of money place

Place doesn't have good services. Have to wait for orders more than 1hrs n still orders won't be taken. They show racism which is pathetic

The hotel was amazing its food hospitality kindness of staff but there is one lack on housekeeping they are too bad at their service ane this place is very grand u cant walk and go somewhere u have to travel in hotel by golf car.

Very calm and peaceful getaway spot for a staycation. Good ambience and huge pool. Also had some good indoor activities. Definitely one of the better resorts we have been to...

It was an amazing experience and lovely stay at the place. These guys made me and my wife sooo special on our anniversary night with that blissfull candle light dinner. Staffs are soo lovely and soo caring. Loved their welcoming, it was overwhelming. And to be noted, cooks did magic in the food. Loved it.. Highly recommended to anyone who needs to be relaxed

Splendid and serene. I have been to this place Twice. I am adding my inputs below:
1. Property is exceptionally good and well maintained. One who need to have a gateaway from city and have limitations for travelling and are nearby can consider this. I have my my all kudos to the team. no doubt on quality with standards.
2. I am very specific on hygine and quality. this meets my expectations, slightly lesser on the bed standard. its too soft to sleep which results on neck sprain.
3. got children play area, artificial lake, well maintained garden, swimming pool, walk area, play area, spa, open Indian Cuisine restaurant. matter of fact that it has 3 different restaurants inside, indo chinese, italian and coffee house. choice is yours.
4. Food Quality is great with custom demands where i always like to eat what i want and not that what other sells.
5. I have a year old son and his food was prepared with hygiene and i couldn't find issue at all to my surprise. this made me visit again. at least my kid is safe on food side.
6. Staff is amazing and great to deal with. F&B is exceptional(Subhamaniam is great host and efficient supervisor who handles all my needs personally- This is a rare in all my travel across Indian Map with service industries. I am more than delighted to request him and see that its done passionately, let it be baby food or my food or custom food requirement). Front office team needs more maturity, they lack explicitly what they are doing. House maintenance is excellent and have understanding for guest needs.
7. On demand needs are provided which is exceptional. for example medicines/ Cakes from market and even in a scenario my toddlers carry bag got broken, they fixed it.
There cant be more enlightenment when someone fixes things which are critical essentials in travel specially with a small kid.
Overall, i feel this place is a must visit. let it be if someone wants to do party in hall. visit for lunch and dinner. or have a great vacation.

A pleasant stay away from Bangalore hustle. Best place for a weekend getaway.

Super freaking awesome place... Nice food n service..loved it

After touring in Mysore City for 2days, we booked a room at this property to relax. Oh well, the place didn't disappoint us. Love the food and how clean the surroundings are maintained. We'll definitely come and visit the Resort again

This place is very calm and there are no tragic sounds. Moreover services are good.

We had a la carte dinner at the restaurant. All the dishes arrived more than one hour later and were horribly spicy. Very bad food quality.

This is an excellent place for both hosting business conferences and family get together. There is ample space available for spending the day together with family and friends. The swimming pool is large and the kids spent most of their time in the pool

Garden restaurant is horrible.. Food is served cold. Manager says, by the time he gets food from kitchen, because of the breeze, food gets cold.! Horrible most lame excuse I have heard in a restaurant.. No idea about the rooms.. I expect a better a lot better service in garden restaurants. At least serve food hot.. I say a total NO for garden restaurant. Alternatively you can try ruchi the Prince.

Never visit the place for a New Year Party.. EVER.. Tasteless food with poor spread, Endless crowd, Recorded Music ("DJ"), Yuva Dasara wayy better than this Paid party

The ambience is good near the lakes. But the number of items in buffet was very low for a 650 RS one. The number of options for vegetarian was less too

This huge property is amazing and is a perfect weekend gateaway for families. It is kids friendly and has all the amenities to keep your kids engaged. The staff is very helpful and quick.

Awfull....Utter waste of money..Except the ambience there is nothing good about the resort .... Service is extremelyyyyyyyyy poor including admin to restaurant to house keeping ...They take their own pleasant time to respond ...

Had only been there for lunch. Great food. Worth every penny :)
