Our service tech Bobby Rutherford did a great job. He was professional & had a above average on task focus. We are a tier three supplier for Honda Motor Co. & he serviced all of our emergency exit / wall light packs with batteries. Our building has 20' ceilings and he had no issues & took great care with our scissor lift equipment (safely). -- Would recommend - A+
Needed a company to get me up to date on my fire system at my restaurant and they were the first to return my call so I went with them. What a mistake for not shopping around. After being told my original price was $235 it was bumped up well over a $1000 after the technician added on his entire 2 hours of labor and parts he tacked on. 2 weeks later the suppression system went off in my kitchen spraying fluid all over my kitchen with no explanation (no equipment turned on ) Have had the business over 10 years and never had this problem. Silco gets their hands on my equipment and now we have issues. When I called Shane the supervisor about the situation, he wasn t willing to help out at all. Basically told that it s $1200 to fill with chemical and maintenance the system. The supervisor didn t even bother to come to the business to assess the situation, just wrote me off. You would think there would be some kind of effort to retain a customer but I suppose not.
I had an issue at my company that required a quick solution. Jacob came out the verify the work and set up a tech to be in the following day. Joe showed up on time, was knowledgeable, courteous and had the issue resolved very quickly. Thanks for the great customer service Joe and Jacob.
