The guys at the shop are absolutely amazing. We had to fix work from another place in town. Outstanding service. I brought in my Bass boat to get a stereo and deck LED lighting installed. Rico and Chris were extremely helpful and talked through the installation process, prepped the area so that I could leave my boat in their shop, and had me ready to go in time for me to hit the lake three days later. I was in Africa for about nine months with my car in the local area of Signature Sound. I heard nothing but good things and I wanted work done so I called. Boss man got back to me immediately. I explained to him what I wanted. What blew my mind was from our conversation and the things that I had expressed to him, he knew what was best for me but he continued with what I told him I wanted but warned me that I would want more when I got home...I was home for a single night and immediately returned. He fixed me up and installed what he d initially suggested and I couldn t be happier. Everything was perfect. From this day forward, I trust that team with whatever they say is best. Initially, I thought Big Boss was only trying to get me to buy more because they wanted to squeeze more money but he read me like a book and knew exactly what I needed to satisfy my dream for my car. I smile literally every time get in. Signature Sound? I would go anywhere else. I will travel back to Fayetteville to have this team complete my work. Signature Sound INC was recommended to me by a friend that has been there several times for more and more work. My friend is apart of a car club and competes in car shows several times a month, so his vehicle is always on display, so I know he wouldn't go to any place that was less than the best. I should have known a 5 star local business had to be ran by someone who knew what people wanted and knew how to provide an amazing service. Brought my truck in to have them go over my installation from Banging audio since day one the system didn't seem right, Rico came out and listened to the system, checked visible wiring and tuning on head unit and Amp then asked if he could look over the entire system for me to make sure there was nothing else holding my system back. I agreed on the price (which was very very reasonable mind you) and he called me about 30 minutes ago to tell me that he had discovered I got conned pretty hard, he's currently fixing it and will be available tomorrow afternoon for pickup. Just off his vibe and his commitment I wish there was a 10 star review because it'd be his. I recently bought my wife a Suburban and he'll definitely be doing the audio and video installation in it. Purchased a subwoofer for them to put in my vehicle.Pricing was good and service seemed exceptional until the day after subwoofer installation. I took notice that there were 2 cracks in my trim at the top. I previously put a Unsatisfactory rating became of this but after the owner himself called me personally we had a very civil discussion about cracks not being from poor installation it really was from vehicle age. The gentlemen that did my installation even took it on himself to order my a new trim unit. I m very pleased with the customer service and hospitality that this business carried!
I have brought my 2016 F-150 to get Speakers, dash cam and radar detector and a DVD player installed. I also brought my and wife's 2012 Explorer to get a DVD player installed in the headrests, along with my 2016 Ford Mustang to get speakers installed and my radar detector and dash cam installed. Every time I go I get quality service, they pull my vehicle in and begin working no more than 5 minutes after I arrive. There quality of work if fantastic and there prices are easy on the wallet. I have sent friends and coworkers over to get equipment installed and they were just as impressed. They will continue to get my business as long as I am in North Carolina.
Stopped by just to check on the possibility of purchasing a new radio to replace a non-working manufacturers stock unit. Solomon was very kind and knowledgeable about the products offered. Without any pressure, I purchased a unit, had it installed and was out of there in about an hour. Also, met Rico who was assisting another potential customer. He was very nice as well. I recommend this business very highly.

Signature Sound Inc. is the real deal. For my husband's bday I had his tint re-done, a remote start to his 2007 Charger, and the lights front and rear completed, also added fog lights which the car never had before. The team did an amazing job!!! Rico is extremely professional and kept me updated because the parts took longer to come due to the recent winter weather. It was worth the wait! Here are some pics of the finish product. The lights are so bright it is hard to see the halos without getting really close. I will definitely be going back for more upgrades to my hubby's car!! Very pleased! :)
Wonderful customer service and experience.! Installed HID headlights and Tailights that came with lifetime warranty. When I ran into a few issues with them they replaced them on the spot and that gave me the peace in mind that other shops don't give me. Also had my subwoofer and amp installed with he same professionalism and service. Very professional and fast service and more importantly they don't rip you off!

Had them install a stereo in my car. Staff was down to earth and friendly, as well as professional. I needed some parts to have the install completed and I needed them in a short amount of time. They were able to get the parts and install everything way before my deadline. Grateful for them and their hard work. Highly recommend!
Rico was able to get my vehicle in his shop a day early due to last minute changes to my schedule. He guaranteed that his team would get my vehicle done that day and they stayed 1 hour after closing to honor his word. I just picked up my baby from Signature Sound. I have a 2015 Lincoln MKC and I wanted Apple car play. I have to say I am very satisfied with it . Mr.Rico did an awesome job, I love it. He was very knowledgeable in showing me what to do because of how it was set up. I was like a kid in the candy store . I am truly truly appreciative of the long hours and the work and dedication he did on my baby. It shows. He kept me updated constantly with the progress of my SUV. I respect that. If you need your car truck bike customized he s the guy !!! One more thing he is very upfront and honest with you when it comes to your purchases. Which is very rare. I think my next challenge is to get different color lights..
