Purchased a subwoofer for them to put in my vehicle.Pricing was good and service seemed exceptional until the day after subwoofer installation. I took notice that there were 2 cracks in my trim at the top. I previously put a Unsatisfactory rating became of this but after the owner himself called me personally we had a very civil discussion about cracks not being from poor installation it really was from vehicle age. The gentlemen that did my installation even took it on himself to order my a new trim unit. I m very pleased with the customer service and hospitality that this business carried!
