Great office/brokerage with full staff unlike many that don t. Professional realtors with many years and decades of experience . The broker is always available in office or via phone, you can hear the smile over the phone with every conversation keeping you feeling positive.
My hubby and I were interested in a property and had repeatedly tried contacting the number and information given, and finally had reached the realtor Maria Sanchez. She had originally said the house was available, could get us to look at the house and was going to set up an appointment to meet us and then stated later after leaving her our contact info and again no reply back had called her the next day and then she said the house was never available. Not to mention her broken English is not easy to decipher. But come to find out the house WAS still listed as available and didn t end up getting rented until almost a week after. Beware of using her. Very unprofessional. Never have I dealt with someone like this when it comes to a realtor.
I have purchased, sold, and rented with Signature Realty Associates. I have used this company thus far for a total of 4 purchases, 3 sells, and 3 rentals over the last 25 years. I always receive exceptional service regardless if it is my agent or their staff. I could not recommend another real estate company who has the knowledge or experience that this company does. I appreciate all the efforts that have been made in each one of my purchases, rentals and sales.
I would never conduct or transact any business with Signature Realty even if they were giving away a house. Extremely unprofessional and I feel the agent, if you could even call her that, was unethical. Her clients were even worse. She definitely did not do her job as an agent should. Extremely disappointed in this business.

We had an analysis of our home and discussed all of the services the company provides to sell our home. They are knowledgeable with years of experience and were able to answer questions and help us understand what we needed to do to prepare. We are looking forward to working with them.

What a great experience. JoAnne Kelly was phenomenonial. She made buying my first home a wonderful experience. I heard great things about the company but when you find someone who didn't mind going the extra distance, it sure makes notable difference in customer care. She treated me just like family. It probably didn't hurt that we have the same last name. If you are looking at buying a new home, I would highly recommend Signature to assist in the process. I was referred to Joanne by a co- worker who also bought his first house. Wonderful experience.
