Siglo BPO is not a recommendable company for business. We had a very low-performance and quality experience with its branch in Panama, which just has ceased to exist. The Regional Management located in Peru didn't do anything to enquire nor help in the solution of our problems with their company in Panama. After notifying us that they were stopping their operations in Panama, the Regional Manager got in touch to collect the payment of ancient invoices that we had already paid in due time. If you are looking for a firm to help your company with its accounting and payroll processes, Siglo BPO is definitely not an option.
