The staff there is great. This being said I have not inspected the work that was done. I was notified my vehicle was ready after the repairs were done. I drove an hour and half to pick up the vehicle. A balance $2,120.44 was due. A company check was provided for the balance. They use vericheck. Each time the tried to use the vericheck system it transfer them to someone who was unavailable. After several tries I very politely handed them back the keys to the car and told the staff to call once our company check has cleared the bank. I also told them I would not be back until next week as it is a long drive one way. As stated previously the staff is great and this is not their issue. It’s is managements issue for using a company like vericheck. Going forward prior to me or my company having work done on vehicle and or equipment if they use vericheck I will not use that company - that includes Bill Ussery Collision Center.

Great place to bring your car to for repairs. Skilled staff and great service.

You will break your bank account going here for service on your vehicle and they will always try to sell you something you do not need. After they fix what you take your car there for something else goes wrong soon after that by a miracle. Never again will I take my care there for service and because of that I might never buy a care there too. Guess that's how they pay for all the free beverages and snacks they offer while you wait you have to pay for it some how. My car has not been that same since I took it there for a recall issue with the air bag. I had to pay another mechanic to fix it right.

OMG, avoid this body shop at any cost. They are very very bad repairing your car, almost unable and they are crazy in prices. I brought my car to them 3 times. First time they did a barely acceptable job and made me spend a lot of money. Second time I had hit another car at 5 miles/h and I damaged my front bump. Just for this repair that kept my car for 8 months saying they were waiting for a part and later charged my insurance: 35,000$, unwrapped for just that almost my entire car, they gave me back the car with the top no more working and today they told me that there is a drain in the top that does not work and they need to change the WHOLE top. Ah Ah, why not the entire car ? They work very bad and probably blow the bills in a crazy way. Worst body shop ever worldwide. AVOID IT, trust me. Editing: I just received the estimate for my top. They are asking me 29,000$ for changing the top ( whose drain does not work but anyway they list the price of the drain:1,500. So, if the drain has a price a part, why they want to change the whole top ( that worked very well before their last body repair. Crazy ! These people are dishonest and shameless! Did-gu-sting
