Absolutely terrible service or complete lack thereof. Very disappointing especially when you have to book an appointment for a consultation and are completely ignored. Not the level of quality you would expect from a company of this nature.
I came prepared with a list of dresses that I loved from the website. Sandra brought them all to me to try on. They were beautiful, but not for me! Then Sandra picked out a dress herself, and when I stepped out of the change room wearing it my mom immediately started crying, because I looked perfect. She also found me the perfect necklace and to go with it, and another consultant found me the perfect veil. I bought my dress the very first day of shopping! The consultants are all very patient, polite, and not pushy to make a sale. I definitely reccomend this store!
Today I booked an appointment to go look for bridesmaids dresses. I booked the appointment for noon and we weren't able to get to a room until an hour later. We had to take turns sharing 1 change room because they kept taking walk ins. When we found the dresses and went to pay it took us over an hour to leave, one of bridesmaids paid for a dress and right after we were told it would not come in my wedding color, and instead of allowing just a refund made her purchase a sample dress we have not seen because it is at a completely different location. On a positive note our consultant, Celeste, was new and on a crazy day where she was very obviously overwhelmed was amazing. She was very helpful very kind, and did an amazing job for what the day was.
I never write reviews but I felt that David s Bridal Ottawa deserved it. I had a wonderful experience and all of the employees were friendly, efficient, and professional. More importantly, I got a beautiful dress for a reasonable price!
Firstly, my appointment confirmation email clearly indicated that I should visit the website to get ideas so that the appointment would run smoothly and that the stylist serves two customers at a time. In my opinion too many people go in being "a princess" and thinking that everybody should cater to their every whim because they are getting married. If you need that type of attention go to an independent bridal shop. Secondly, Saturdays are generally bad anywhere you go. That is why I booked a Monday night appointment. Thirdly, don't bring an entourage of people because it is easier to shop with less opinions.That being said, I would definitely recommend David s Bridal!!!

I had a great experience buying my bridesmaid dresses here however sadly noticed that the service quickly dropped once I began coming into the store on my own. I came in on two separate occassions to look for wedding shoes and I was passed on from sales associate to sales associate but nobody was willing to help me (and I was one of two people in the store). I would ask for assistance repeatedly but kept getting blown off. It discouraged me from continuing to buy my accessories here. Moral of this story: bigger party=better service

Staff were very accommodating to ensure dresses would arrive on time and colour matching between the Ottawa and Toronto stores and video chatting with my sister-in-law for approval!

However, David"s Bridal in Ottawa should be very proud, every lady working during my appointment were fantastic. I got many compliments throughout my visit and despite everything going on (social distancing, masks, etc) my day was even more magical than my first appointment! So thank you everyone! <3
My bridesmaids, mom, and I went to David s Bridal to look at bridesmaids dresses. Our consultant Rebecca was super friendly and helpful the entire time. She had excellent suggestions for different options if dresses for the girls. The only negative thing I have to say about our experience is that I wish there were more plus sized options for the girls to try on if each style. And I also wish there were some dresses that had a sleeve option to choose from.
The only thing David's Bridal has going for them are their prices. Unfortunately the in store experience was extremely sub par. The store was extremely busy, even though we booked an appointment. We were shopping for 5 girls bridesmaids dresses and all of us girls are different shapes and sizes. We were all told to go grab one dress that we each liked - the aisles were narrow, there were too many people and I honestly just got frustrated and grabbed the first thing I saw that didn't look horrendous. We felt rushed, had only one change room for 5 of us, we were constantly elbow to elbow with other customers. I had to keep walking away from the change room area as I felt extremely claustrophobic. We had narrowed down to 2 maybe 3 dresses and the associate that was helping us knew this but still went ahead and put everything away - I get trying to be proactive, but then to roll your eyes when we asked where the "yes" dresses went?? If you know your size, avoid the store and order online. Definitely would NOT recommend David's Bridal.
Worst shopping experience ever! Dirty store, rude staff, not helpful, felt rushed and not welcomed. 4 bridesmaids expected to only use 1 change room and not at all enough room to even see what your dress looks like. Staff didn t even take the time to get our info correct!
When I went to pick up the dress the staff was even more rude. There is no reason to be the only person at the desk and be ignored by 3 staff. If all the stores are run like this no wonder there was talk of bankruptcy! If I could give this store a zero star I would

It was quite busy when I first got there however they were accommodating as they were able to move my appointment up by 1 hour. The person who assisted me was very knowledgeable and spoke "my language" and understood what I means when I used specific terms that are not the terms that most typically use. It took a little bit of time to get situated and have a room available to start trying on wedding dresses however everything went smoothly and she went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. The appointment was only scheduled for 1 hour however we did not leave until over 2 hours after we arrived. She took the time to go through some options for bridesmaid dresses as well which was not part of the appointment. Overall I was very pleased with my visit and I even found my dress!
My consultant (Kayla, I think her name was?) was super helpful -- she pulled a few styles for me based on some pictures I had and my budget, and my mum, mum-in-law and I pulled a few. As I tried on some and got a better idea of what fit I like, Kayla picked out some more awesome choices. It was hard to choose the right dress but I found the one and felt like a beautiful bride! Was also satifsied with the COVID procedures -- we were the only appointment at the time, so I got all the space and attention I could ever want.
Great! Showed the associate what the other bridesmaids picked in another city, explained my daughter was sick at home and was in a rush...i was in and out in 20min!

I purchased a Mother of the Bride dress from David s Bridal in Ottawa. A few days later I realized I didn t love the dress. It is a beautiful dress but a wraparound dress and not easy to do up. So I went back a few days later and exchanged the dress. I made an appointment this time and did not go on a Saturday. I went online and picked a few dresses I liked. I tried on dresses. Two of them looked great. I had a fantastic sales associate Nichole H who helped me pick the dress I love. Of course I went back to my original favourite. Was able to get a beautiful dress in dusty rose and jewelry for $150.00. Now I can say I love my dress. You really need to make an appointment to get the best service. My advice is go in the evening or during the week.
Hi had a great time at David's Bridal in Ottawa. My consultant Logan was very helpful, spent extra time with is, and was able to negotiate with her managers for a better price. They have a great selection, the samples are in better condition then some places and have a very cute tradition. Thank you for helping me find my wedding dress!

Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful. It was a great experience even with all the precautions they have in place right now due to the pandemic. I had two of my friends with me and we video called everyone else I wanted to include in my first time trying on dresses! It worked out better than we expected!!

I went in to buy a dress for a wedding I am attending and upon finding one, an associate that was helping me told me I needed a body shaper to help make the dress look better and get rid of lines in the dress as well telling me that if I lost weight then it would look way better. I definitely won't be going back to this David's Bridal again.
After a very bad experience this time was very positive for my bridesmaids and I. I appreciated that they took my review seriously, called to get more information and it was evident that more steps had been taken when we got to our last appointment!
Really awful service and I'm not one to complain. But when you are spending that much on a dress and alterations you'd hope you would feel the experience is fluid and you get professional service. I really felt the staff is not trained well, is very disorganized, and doesn't appreciate the amount people are spending. They messed up my transaction and asked me to pay again without knowing whether the first transaction went through or not!
Depending on what you are aiming for you may or may not like this place. I did not find their collection very diverse or new. However, the prices are cheaper than other places I ve visited so far. The store was clean and the girl that helped me, Taylor, was absolutely amazing and helpful. Unlike other stores I didn t feel rushed or pressured at all.
We had a really great experience. It was a really busy day but our consultant was excellent. She was very knowledgable and able to satisfy all of our bridesmaid needs. We ended up finding our dresses after the first visit.

The best service by far. Searching for my wedding dress was getting stressful and I was convinced I wouldn't find a decent dress in my budget. The staff at David's Bridal at South Edmonton Common were wonderful. They didn't turn their nose up at my small budget. They actually had an extensive collection of dresses in women's sizes and they actually listened to me about my tastes and found appropriate dresses.
I highly recommend going there first because it is likely you won't need an appointment anywhere else.
I can sum up my overall experience with David's Bridal in two words: Terrible, and Inconsistent. DON'T SHOP HERE.
I travelled to Hamilton in January to visit my friend, the bride, and to do some bridesmaid dress shopping with her and 2 other bridesmaids. Our experience in the store was not very pleasant. Our initial interactions with the staff was fine, but once we were matched with a stylist, it all went downhill. After spending 5 or 10 minutes looking at dresses on the floor, we were approached by a very pushy and rude stylist who did not take the time to understand what we were looking for. She interrupted the bride several times and immediately started pulling dresses for us that were not what we liked, and we had to re-explain what we were looking for.
While trying on dresses in the fitting area, the bad experience continued. The woman seemed really frazzled, and perhaps that was because it looked like she was bouncing back and forth between us and another party. We would try on two or three dresses between the time she left and came back, and she wasn't able to really help us get better dresses because she didn't really SEE the styles on us. We asked her a couple of times if certain dresses came in a different colour or with a different bodice/bottom, and she would answer super quickly without really knowing the right answer.
A good example of this was when we were first in the store, we noticed a nicer collection of dresses in the Vera Wang collection, and saw two or three styles immediately that we all immediately loved. We asked if they came in the purple-y palette that we wanted, and she immediately responded "no, these don't come in that palette", which was a bummer because we all liked them so much more. So we went ahead with our appointment without trying on any of the Vera Wang dresses. We finished our appointment with a few dresses that were "ok", but just could not pull the trigger because we felt too rushed. So, we asked if we could come back in an hour when they had more appointment slots, and they obliged.
So, we came back in, and someone else as slotted to help us - it was the original lady who had welcomed us earlier in the afternoon and she was so kind and lovely. We explained that we had found a few dresses that we were ok with, and she listened to us and said "well, have you looked at the Vera Wang collection? You might like those better" and we told her that we did see dresses we liked, but they didn't come in our palette. And she said no no, they do come in that colour. SO incredibly frustrating (we ended up buying the Vera Wang dresses after only 20 mins of trying them on and agreeing as a group).
Lastly, I have to share the experience with alterations. I had two minor alterations done (shorten the dress straps, sew in cups to the front of the dress), and when I picked up my dress a few weeks later, I COULD NOT EVEN FIT INTO THE DRESS. They completely messed it up. I have no idea how they ended up taking SO much in from the sides of the dress (I think it might have been because some of the fabric was bunching from the shortened straps), but it was so bad that I pretty much started crying in the fitting room. I am 5'10", 150lbs, and my back was completely squished into a size 8 dress. I have never felt that large before in my life. When I looked at my partner who was there with me, I looked at him, exasperated (with tears in my eyes)_, and said "well I guess I have to wear my hair down so that noone will see my back rolls!" and the seamstress said to me "oh yeah, that's a great idea, see? they cover it all". I could not believe my ears and I was so upset that I just walked out and took the dress with me.
I went back the next day early in the morning, and spoke to the alterations manager and they agreed after looking at before/after pictures that the dress alteration was unacceptable. I waited in the store for about 2 hours but they did fix the alterations as best as possible. The dress fits much better but is not perfect, they just removed too much fabric for it to be salvageable.
Absolutely awful experience. Was very excited to get my prom dress here but turns out they had only one my size and the other was big but would cost hundreds in alterations. They made me feel awful about myself because i'm not petite. Over priced and not worth it.
The service was great and the prices are really competitive. A lot of choice to buy from the rack.
The Staff are extra friendly. The dress selection is fantastic. There's something there for any budget or style.
I bought my dress last april, I went in without ann appointment, and they helped me immediately. I found the dress I was looking for. My wedding is next week and through purchasing my dress to fittings I have nothing but good things to say. They have made my dress buting experience fantastic and I saved so much money on my dress. On the other note, the spring time at davids is very busy for upcoming weddings, the sales associates and seamstresses are running around makung sure they are looked after, They ate doing there best and confinuously smiling, give them a break they still make sure you will have the day of your life.

I will never shop at this store again after my experience with the management of this store, and the circumstances surrounding COVID19 - their customer service was awful. I received no clear communication about my bridesmaid dresses arriving to the store; 2 out of 5 of the dresses were shipped to our homes and therefore we were not allowed a refund (only exchange for store credit that I will never use) whereas the other 3 dresses were allowed a refund because they were not shipped to our homes. I spoke to 5 different store representatives about my situation and I got a different response from all of them regarding their refund policy - responses ranging from no refunds for any dresses, to refunds for all 5 dresses. In the end, I only got a refund on 3. Their written policy on refunds was not in line with the service we actually received, and none of the staff were on the same page in terms of knowing what the store policy was. I will never shop here again and I will be sharing this experience with others. The manager I dealt with in the end was rude and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her; the representatives are great when they are getting your money from you - but when it comes to exchanges and refunds their tone changed. More compassion and flexibility given the circumstances, and a proper and consistent understanding of store policies would have made for a better experience. I wish I could give no stars rather than 1.
This is a very busy establishment. Appointments are required however we learned the hard way that multiple appointments are booked for the same time slots for each associate. This means that the customer does not have access to an associate for their allocated time, exclusively. This also means that the associate or consultant is unable to effectively consult and find suitable dresses in a timely and organized fashion. It is very loud and crowded, however, there are excellent dresses to be found and some at very nice prices. I cannot stress enough that if you are planning to book an appointment here for your special occasion or for a loved one, do not come with the preconceived notion that you will have a consultant at your disposal exclusively, it just won't happen. Having said that, once at the cash things went smoothly. An error was made, however, they were able to rectify it immediately. At the end of our visit my daughter was satisfied and left with a dress of her choice. I should add that WE found the perfect dress and our consultant was nowhere to be found after she offered up her 3 choices. #localguide
I had an appointment at David s bridal for last minute dress shopping for my boyfriends cousins wedding. I walked in the store feeling discouraged thinking I won t find a dress that I like or that doesn t fit properly. Luckily, savanna came to my rescue and helped me find a couple dress to try on. Although I didn t like the first couple dresses, she came back to my change room with 3 more dresses. Within 15 minutes of being in the store, I walked out with the most amazing, perfect fitting dress!!! I couldn t be more happy! She listened and understood my needs and wants. Thank you so much savanna for helping me find a last minute dress that fits perfect!

Today my mom and I went dress shopping for my wedding in October and I was so overwhelmed with a previous store we had decided to go to. Coming from such an awful experience on the other side of Ottawa, I was petrified thinking I'd spend months finding the right dress. Then, we met Rhiannin at David's Bridal. We only swung by the store out of a desire to see if something else had been available, and really didn't expect that great service especially as we had not even had an appointment booked. David's bridal had availability and really listened to what I wanted as a bride, and helped to bring together elements of other dresses I loved into one I hadn't even realized I wanted. We were so happy with our experience, I cannot understand why anyone would go elsewhere. I can't wait for my dress to arrive and for my alterations :)

My bridal party selected and ordered their gowns from David's Bridal for my wedding this past August. Their choice of dresses is definitely impressive, and the prices are undeniably better than boutique shops. However, what you sacrifice for their selection and prices is quality customer service. Our appointment was on a weekend, which I'm sure is one of the most hectic times, but the woman assigned to attend to us was barely a help at all. We mostly chose our own dresses and sizes with very minimal assistance from her. It was clear she was overwhelmed by the sheer number of customers she had to deal with.
We also weren't impressed by how crowded it was. Despite a rather large location, it can get uncomfortably busy in the racks and changing room area when there are enough people. It also wasn't very convenient or comfortable for my girls that there are no mirrors inside of the dressing room, forcing you to only get a look of yourself by coming out.
All in all, David's Bridal is a good location to peruse if you know what you want and are prepared to get it yourself, but do opt for a smaller, independent store if you're looking for personalized, attentive service.
My stylist was Taylor. She was absolutely amazing and willing to help in every way possible for me to find my perfect wedding dress. She provide me with many dress options and also allowed me to try on different styles even though i had an idea of what style I wanted for me dress which is sweetheart neckline and ball grown. She was very friendly and was offering many options from shoes,accessories, corset sizing and colour choice for the dresses. She picked the most amazing veil that made all the dresses look beautiful, found the perfect veil. The only down fall and this has absolutely NOTHING to do with Taylor herself is that she was in between me and a bridesmaids party which took away some of that one on one personal time between a bride and stylist. I'm not very fussy and was completely understanding that she was in between clients but just be aware if that one on one interaction is very important to you. Will be going back for a follow up option because I'm stuck between two dresses :) thank you taylor for making my first dress shopping experience amazing!! If you go to David's bride in Trainyards, ask for taylor!
I had a very disappointing experience at David's Bridal Trainyards. The sales girl who helped us was not friendly, seemed annoyed/wanted us to leave. Once I got my 'final sale' dress home and tried it on again....was surprised to learn that the dress doesn't fit!!! Should you shop here take warning ladies- check and double check the person helping you has done up your dress properly!! (seems silly- I know, but if I had thought to do this I wouldn't have bought the dress I ended up with.)

I wanted a bridal skirt but their online shop is for the states, they didn't really have anything. They were late for our booked meeting. They didn't really suggest or help me to find anything else. I had a short timeline and they said they need 17 weeks for basically anything.
They then used my contact information for promotional purposes which I wasn't aware it would be and when I asked to be removed from the list they said they couldn't .. I had to speak to the manager in the end to be removed.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with David s bridal! My bridal consultant was Cassie Brown. Honestly she was so much more than just that, she was our wedding stylist! She helped me not only find my dream wedding dress, but she also helped me pick the perfect colour palette for our bridesmaids and groomsmen. She helped us not only with our bridal experience at David s but also helped to coordinate through Moore s Clothing.
My actual bridal appointment was nothing short of what every girl dreams of. Pretty much that TLC say yes to the dress kind of day. I came with a pretty large entourage, mom, dad, sister and three bridesmaids. But Cassie made sure to include everyone in the appointment. Before my appointment I had discussed in detail with Cassie what I was looking for and had shared pictures of styles I thought I would be interested. Well didn t I know it, but she already had the perfect dress for me picked out and waiting. She nailed it! I feel so lucky to have had Cassie as our consultant! I would highly recommend her to anyone! She is patient, caring, and her attention to detail makes her the ultimate professional. Thank you David s for helping us look our best on our wedding day!
Two of my bridesmaid bought dresses here so far, the experience was great. Very attentive, lots of choices. Only down side is the wait. So go early up to 14 weeks for a bridesmaid dress.

I drove from Quebec to go to this Davids Bridal in hopes that I'd be able to find the dresses for all my bridemaids with the appropriate colours! Thankfully I did! The consultant that we had, Kelsey, was very friendly and helpful. The only downside to this store is how insanely crowded it is and that we only had one dressing room for my 4 bridesmaids and my mother... Nonetheless it was an awesome experience!

The women that was with my party and I was very lovely, but one of the other sales associates was extremely rude and unprofessional and started an argument with my wedding party over a chair (of all things). David's offers a very unintimate experience for all involved.

Got an appointment within a couple days of calling, went in and picked a few dresses off the rack, and my stylist took it from there. She was very attentive to my likes and dislikes, and thanks to her, I ended up finding THE dress! Got mine on clearance so it was within budget.
I went to David's bridal to look for a dress for a Christmas party I will be attending in the up coming weeks. The lady I had was super helpful and energetic and gave me her honest opinion as I went alone. I was able to put dresses aside while I went home to retrieve my forgotten credit card. When I returned I was able to retry on the 2 dresses I set aside to make a final decision but ended up going with a separate 2 piece dress instead that they had. Overall great experience this time around.
Kelsey at the trainyards location was a great help. The appointment only took about an hour and she managed to pull a variety of dresses in different styles for my maid of honour to try. It didn t take long for my MOH to say yes to her dress. Thanks for your help, Kelsey!

Great staff at this location, specifically ask for Arora or Sandra they are both fantastic! Really made me feel confident and welcome at the store and throughout my search. Hopefully found my dress for my weddding and cannot wait for buying it and having my bridesmaids next to me. This location is wonderful, I have nothing but great things to say about this place!

Went there for a appointment with a large group (8 bridesmaids) for bridesmaid dresses. Our girl was amazing but they booked her with another group of bridesmaids and she was running around like crazy between both groups.
I was expecting to have our own girl for our large group so we weren t always waiting. I felt bad for the girl trying to keep everything organized. It was crazy. Please note I booked the appointment 2 months in advance with notice of how many bridesmaids I had.
The girl at the counter was not welcoming, we could hear her yelling on the phone with someone when trying to pick out dresses.
For the dresses there is much selection to choose from which is nice! There was just a lot of waiting around for my group. And please remember our girl was amazing! I just expected to have a one to one girl helping us!
I went with my mother on Sunday of this weekend and even though it was quite Taylor A. made this experience magical.
Made an appointment for my MOH and not sure why an appointment was necessary. Our sales rep didn t know the inventory as we were telling her what what were looking for and came up blank. We pulled dresses from the rack ourselves and were shown to the dressing room and then she disappeared. Were in and out in probably 20 minutes. Took more time to fill out the paperwork than anything else.
Lauren was extremely helpful. She consistently presented dresses that had all the elements of my ideal dress. She helped me figure out ways to get what I needed in the short time I have to plan my wedding. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for their perfect dress!
The staff did their best to help us and show us all the styles we were interested in. The manager was especially helpful and did her best to manage the morning rush and to cater to our needs.
However, I think the store should refuse more appointments to provide better service. We arrived late due to a massive snowstorm and we were somewhat rushed by the staff. The environnement was hectic as there are not nearly enough samples on the rack, we were left waiting in the changing rooms for another group to finish with the styles we wanted.
Also, many of the styles we liked were only available online. The only way to try them was to other dresses in the same style range, but this made the process quite confusing as we no longer knew what were looking at in the dressing room.
Overall, the staff was helpful within the limits of what they could do
I was there with my daughter to purchase my mother of the bride dress! Although it's a busy place, everything flowed, very well organised and professional employees! The prices are good, and the dresses are amazing! It was a positive shopping experience!
I honestly was pretty disappointed that my bridesmaids had to share a change room. I understand that it gets busy but it s just such a horrible set up. The whole thing gave me anxiety, we were next to another large group and kept bumping into each other. It honestly felt like chaos. I m really happy I didn t come here to look for my wedding dress like I originally planned. If your looking for a more private experience don t go here.
I got my long dress and high heels at David's Bridal in Trainyards, Ottawa for my birthday celebration. They have great selections for all occasions. Ms Jenny Thomas was very helpful and skillful in finding the perfect dress for me. She helped me try on different sizes to find the perfect fit. She also let me try different high heels and accessories to complete the look. It is convenient to have a one-stop shop like David's bridal but what makes it easy and seamless to shop from is due to the likes of Ms Jenny who gives their full attention on customer's needs and address those needs instead of just selling the goods. I'm glad i was given that genuine attention and help that i walked away with a dress and high heels. I am so pleased with my experience that i brought my daughter to fit dresses there to be worn on my birthday celebration and, oh boy!, was she pleased that she walked away with a long dress too :-) Hire more of the likes of Ms Jenny whose customer service skills is above the roof :-)
I never write reviews, ever, but I must say I had some of the best customer service ever in my shopping experiences. Especially Zohreh and Marjan were so sweet in helping with every little alterations detail, they were so accommodating and kind ! Would definitely recommend this team of ladies at the Ottawa location to give you a really special experience when finding the right dress and fitting it to you perfectly! Some great memories were made here, thank you.
Had amazing help finding the dress. They understood the need to stay in budget but were able to find everything I wanted on a dress.
When I went to look at dresses in August my stylist was horrible and is why I didn't purchase. I and my family had to find my own dresses. She was helping someone else while checking in on me. My grandmother who is in her 70s had to zip up the dresses I was trying on! She also sized me wrong saying I wouldn't fit in that and I fit! She sized me 2 sizes to big!!! I spent my 2k plus tax else where
It was super disappointing, my fitter didn't pull a single a single dress. We were completely abandoned, if you are plus size or a plus size bridesmaid do NOT go here. They treat you very differently from other customers...more as a pariah. In addition the rooms where not clean...I had to use baby wipes in the car to clean off my feet.
I visited David's Bridal in February as a Maid of Honour, searching for wedding party dresses. What was a very stressful day ended in huge success completely due to Nadine and Connie (may be spelled Konnie). These two women showed exceptional customer service, a huge attention to detail, and took the time to walk us through multiple options for dresses, ensuring that both bride and party were all completely satisfied. I would feel confident recommending this store to anyone searching for wedding party dresses, and I can't thank Nadine and Konnie enough for their help. You made the day and trip worth it ladies!
Bridal consultant named Lee was fabulous!!! I didn't walk away with my dress but she did everything she could to try to find it for me!
Good selection, caring associate, but turns out one hour was not long enough between looking at dresses, pulling them and taking them to the dressing room, putting them on, changing sizes and talking to alterations. The store was also crazy busy so our associate was trying to help in between helping her next appt as we were still finishing when the next appt arrived. Would have preferred a less hectic setting, and the change room area was small, felt like lots of customers, families and associates were tripping over each other. That said, our associate did a great job all things considered and showed my daughter real care and interest. And we left with a beautiful prom dress. So perhaps avoid sat afternoon but otherwise we are happy and would go back.
