Cute hotel!! Room was super cozy and clean. Loved the fountain outside of my room too.

A little dated but with a few updates this could be a 5 star location. We've traveled now for 2 weeks and stayed in several locations and this was on par with all the others. Service was good, room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast needs a little work.

This is a lovely well-kept motel right on Fry Blvd, but the quiet end of town. I really liked the extra security feature of locked entry gates! the bldgs create a center patio with lovely flowers and even doves! i definitely recommend this motel. if you reserve a month or more in advance the prices are very competitive. Wish I could visit often.

Hotel needs major maintenance in buildings C and D. Had to switch rooms shortly after getting there because of a rocking toilet. The next room had clear signs of water damage under the paint and the bathroom vent going to the outside was missing and vented directly attic. I had asked if I could be refunded cause I wasn't going to stay the night and was told reservations had to be cancelled 24 hours in advance. I don't know what the hell that had to do with anything, I was a walk in and made no reservation. I turned my room key in to them after checking out 2 more rooms with the front desk person. Just had more maintenance problems in them from fixtures not working and I didn't feel like paying extra for a room with a double bed. Also something strange is going on with the darker colored paint on one of the wall sides there is some black fuzzy thing growing from it or it's embedded into the paint somehow. I thought it was from a paint roller but it has no paint on the thing itself and didn't show any traces of it being run over by a paint roller. Its all over that one darker colored wall and they all look identical in size, shape And appearance

Very nice especially for the price. The courtyard in the middle of the rooms is a very serene touch. Bed is comfortable and the room is a good size. Very clean! The only thing keeping this from a 5 is that the toilet doesn't flush well. We had to call for a plunger because it wouldn't flush anything (even #1 lol) down.

The staff really did a great job accommodating us during our visit. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It might not be the fanciest place in town but if customer service is important to you like it is to me these guys were great. Thank you

This hotel out did themselves. Quality and rapid hospitality. Accommodated my needs the entire week of my stay. Very clean and alert house keeping staff. Awesome variety of breakfast options. Clean gym. Will definitely be my first choice in sierra vista.

The check in staff was awesome! The room was completely filthy. The sheets had not been changed The bathroom was filthy everything covered in black hair. Pills were on the floor. I figured during pandemic would actually be clean. Disgusting! Stains on sheets and a bad smell on a couple hand towels

A hotel s staff and service is just as important as its amenities and comfort. I ve stayed here several times for a few reasons. The pool and spa are always on and heated, the room is exceptional with fridge/microwave and always clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the decor reminds me of something out of a western movie. Very quaint, beautiful and timeless. I ve never had an issue with the quality of my stay. The staff is really the biggest reason why I ve kept returning over the past few months. Although I ve interacted with someone different just about every time, each employee was so warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond for whatever i may have needed. Specifically Rick, who is the quickest breakfast bar attendant I ve ever seen, but also took the time to talk to me while i was waiting for my room and brought me a fresh cookie! Also Saul who checked me in, accommodated an early room for me since i was working from the lobby for a few hours. I was not expecting an early check in but definitely had my fingers crossed, and Saul made it happen! Very much appreciated. Two weeks ago another front desk lady did the same but i cannot recall her name. Overall each of my stays have been nothing short of perfect and i will continue choosing Sierra Suites when i visit! Would highly recommend to everyone.

The rooms were appointed very nicely, put very simply. They have a hot breakfast in the mornings and easy access to things in the area of Sierra Vista. I recommend this hotel as the people were very nice oh, the ones who run it!
