Mark was very professional and was amazing to work with. I had an outstanding balance and I didn't feel like he was pushy and he was trying to take care of my debt in the best way he could by doing a good job.
In all reality this isn t a bad company. They bought the debt that I owed and then tried to collect it from me. I owed the money and didn t know and then was informed by this company that I owe the money. When I called I got treated with the most respect possible and they explained everything to me and helped me resolve my issues. I did not think they were going to treat me with so much respect and dignity since I owe money but I was mistaken. Thank you for hiring the person who took my call. Awesome gentleman and a great contribution to your company. I m glad I got this all behind me now. Thank you! Oh and also the call took 10 minutes total to get everything done!!!
Probably one of the rudest companies I ve I had to deal with. Every single person there is absolutely the worst to talk to. I get it s a debt collection agency but there needs to be proper edict when dealing with people and the stress the world has brought us lately. No reason for their behavior whatsoever.
I just got off the phone with Gloria. I am surprised to say the least because of all the other unfortunate reviews. Of course, I want to pay my bills but they had my address incorrect and I thought this was a scam when it showed up on my report but, Merchants Credit Guide dropped my credit score 53 points! Am about to close on a house soon! I can't have that! I prayed that they would do a pay to delete because this could hurt me upon closing :( . Luckily Gloria gave me all my options & explained all the bills to me with great detail. I ended up getting something even better. Due to the pandemic this collection agency is offering a pay to delete in 30 days once you begin a payment arrangement with them. Heaven sent!!! Especially during a time as this.
So I will update this review when it gets deleted to let everyone know what they are offering is very much true & not something they say to tie you down... because they can not provide a letter unless its fully paid off - at least that was what I was told. And if it is true kudos to this collection agency in being so helpful and their reps kind as Gloria was. Which is rare for a collection agency.
So I called and was connected to Monica who was very pleasant and explained all my options when it came to paying off my medical bills. I had as good of an experience as you can have while paying bills. Thanks Monica
Ask for my guy Richard. Amazing company with very respectful staff. Richard helped me out with getting my correct debt owed and helping me get the account settled. Truly glad this company handled my account.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Monica! She handled my case with care, she made me very comfortable and willing to take care of debt! We shared several laughs together which made me want to give the company another try. I want to point out that if every employee cared as much as Monica did or even acted as if they cared, a lot more debt would be settled. My first experience with this company was not so pleasant. Normally I have horrible experiences with debt collection agencies. This time I can say it was a great experience. If only all the debt collectors could be like Marvin, they might have better luck settling debt. He was kind, and patient (I do not like paying anything over the phone for fear of not having anything tangible for later reference) and understanding. I made my payment, called back and specifically asked for him because he was so nice. Thanks Marvin!! Great Job!
Paying the debt was pretty simple, however when requesting a receipt for payment and a deletion letter that I am needing ASAP not so easy. I am told 7-10 days for it to come in the mail as it cannot be emailed. I get they provided a confirmation number but the other things would be helpful. I also emailed already and got no response.
Spoke with the representative Reggie and he helped me settle my debt for deletion wich I made clear was what I wanted to do he assured me that it would be and I also asked for a letter and he said I would receive one as well, very professional and also a very comfortable guy to talk to and make my experience that much more easier
