Myself Balasubramanian, completed my M. Tech and pursuing my PhD in SSN college of Engineering, chennai. We have purchased Libratherm temperature controller model PRC-489 with RTD sensor (Pt-100). From the very beginning of assembling and wiring connections, the team from Libratherm was very quick in replying to our queries. They were very patient during each of my phone calls. I visited their office at Mumbai and their technical team even made a demo of working of the controller in bigger units which gave a clear idea and understanding. I m writing this review after using their product for more than a year. I have no problem even after a year of purchase and i am completely satisfied with the product and their service and i would definitely recommend and refer Libratherm products to my friends and colleagues.
