This is amazing. If you're lucky as a student CS50 gets taught there. I remember watching Sandel's philosophy class on YouTube before my time here and I was always impressed by the space even if I had never been there. It is an amazing theatre, and sometimes they have public events here. If you're in the area, don't miss them.
Beautiful architecture, interior is a memorial to Harvard students who died in the Civil War. I go annually for the Revels, which is an excellent exploration of cultural celebrations of Christmas and the winter solstice
I love seeing events at this historical theater - great sound and viewing
We saw Coro Allegro perform here. What a lovely historic space.
It's not a very comfortable space, but that's not what it's about. It beautiful!
Gorgeous venue. Seating is tight but comfortable enough to sit for a few hours.
An amazing church converted theatre that looks and feels like an old theatre in UK. You can feel an impressive history of the place.
Beautiful room. Realized that I had never before entered until the reunion.
Feels intimate and the show was well done. Could see evidence of show lighting and sound system that could provide most of what one would expect. Building is amazing wood and stone work. A bit limited on leg room.
Prepare yourself to be inspired by this historic theatre! Amazing!
Of all the Harvard buildings, this is the most well known, the most elaborate and the most worth visiting. This place is an architectural wonder to say the leave. The level of detail in virtually all ornamentary works breathtaking. The color palette is bewildering. And the wood-work is fantastic! Don't forget to grab a shot of the tinted glass set in a dark backdrop!
Beautiful theater and excellent acoustics for lessons, choir and orchestra! Outstanding architecture!
The history and ambience of this place is unbeatable!
