A few months ago I attended the Master in Administration and Management of Human Resources in Rome. It was a Specialized Master aimed at promoting the understanding of all aspects related to human resources management; I had the privilege of getting to know very prepared people with a wealth of knowledge not only academic but above all real life with good doses of courtesy, patience and reliability. There were some difficult moments for the organization of some lessons but despite some predictable hitch everything went well. As for the placemet service, I have always rated it as very efficient.
In short, I highly recommend doing training experiences at Sida

Rely on universities for a good preparation, I strongly advise against any master or course held by SIDA.

I attended the Sida Master in Management of Social Cooperatives, social enterprises and non-profit organizations immediately after obtaining the master's degree. the master allowed me to acquire the skills and knowledge essential for an insertion in the professional context of reference and filled the gaps left by the academic system at the end of university. the teachers are professionals in the sector that I do not mind very much not being able to mention as well as consultants willing to give you very practical advice. the class is made up of a maximum of 10 people which allows continuous moments of comparison, project work and group work. my internship started at the end of the theoretical part in a professional reality inherent to my professional goals and aspirations.

I became aware of the Sida Group after my application for the master in Energy Management and Sustainable Development with paid internship. I was oriented towards this path because my university path did not include an in-depth study of very topical and at the same time important topics such as renewable energy.

I decided to accept the scholarship offered to me and therefore invest in myself and my future and, being almost at the end of this path, I am happy to have made this decision. Everything is as expected, I am satisfied with the teachers and the topics covered so far. I highly recommend this path for those who want to represent a valid resource for us and for our future !!

My experience in sida was very bad! The only good things I found for the Naples branch, where I attended the master, were the class where I found new friends and the lessons which were very interesting. Unfortunately at the Naples office there was a coming and going of people who should have been a point of reference for us masters and this I think has penalized a lot me and my friends who have not been offered any internships. Unfortunately, the new staff does not know us and did not try to send the CVs to the companies as did the staff who knew us who sent the CVs when an opportunity arose.

I attended the executive master in Web Marketing, Graphic Media and Design. The training course was very professional and certainly interesting. After class, I was also employed in the company as a trainee (doing the tasks I studied for) and now we are also talking about hiring. What can I say I had a great time and I was followed from start to finish in my path. Serious company and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to everyone! = D

The advice: if you want to do a truly performing master with a valid placement, change company! The premise is that I was willing to look for a master related to human resources and if I chose that of Sida because in the offer was written Master + Internship (+ name of my city); during the interview then everything was confirmed by their recruiter ... The master in terms of topics is quite valid, some treated a bit superficially, teachers in the average, organization not very precise, days of lessons varied from one week to another ... Dulcis in Fundo, when you have paid and the master is over, we no longer talk about your placement, they begin to tell you that you have to help them find it, that outside the cities where they are located it is difficult (I repeat the offer written on infojobs was different) and do not have those contacts with the companies that offer you in the pre-purchase phase of the master! Seriousness first of all!
PS. the first proposal, which I refused, was for an internship in Bologna instead of in my city, as agreed ... (70 km away)

I have recently completed the Executive Master in Finance and Control, Auditing, Risk Management and Compliance.
Overall, my opinion is positive: we have been able to do various things on different topics that allow us to obtain a complete basic preparation (or, as in my case, to strengthen it). However, the lessons in some cases were too theoretical and not at all practical: this is a big flaw to underline and correct.
Regarding placement, I have only one piece of advice to give to future Sida masters: look for the opportunities or companies that interest you and suggest them to the placement office that follows you.
My positive opinion is mainly due to the tutor who followed me and my classmates, Dr. Benedetto Di Bisceglie, who was always present and available.

I attended the master in Business Law, General Affairs & Legal Management organized by Sida Group at the Bologna office. The course is organized in a weekend formula, in which each topic is treated first with an analysis of the relevant legislation and then through an "application focus" which consists in the study of specific cases, or in case simulations. Not all teachers, despite their high level of preparation, have adhered to this type of work approach. The situation was communicated by us learners to the Area Product Manager, Dr. Serena Piras, who assured us that for the following editions of the master she would take the appropriate decisions on the matter, trying to improve this aspect.
After the end of the master, impatient to start the internship guaranteed by contract, I often communicated with Serena, who has always been available and who has always heartened me by telling me to be patient. Four months after the end of the course, I had the opportunity to hold some interviews, in large and well-established companies, not only locally but also nationally. I am referring specifically to Credem, where I will start a paid training internship starting next July 9th. I would also like to thank Dr. Elisa Giannuzzi, Head of Placement Bologna, who, through simulations and advice, helped me to support my first job interviews in a more calm and relaxed way.

Master in "Human Resources Management": excellent teaching, coming from various Italian and foreign companies.

The quality of the master, certainly not of a high level, little damage, I was interested in the internship. In fact, what bothered me is the whole placement thing, which is a total antics. At the beginning we were even told that we could recommend the locations where to do the internship ... all talk, although he also called or sent email to understand, as if nothing had happened. I attended the master in Human Resources Management and Digital Innovation, it was very interesting and allowed me to increase my skills.

Not serious. They offered me a master's degree to become a financial consultant (actually it seemed more like they were trying to sell me this master's). Then I asked to see what the other masters were and they told me that my course of study was not very suitable for other masters. I have a degree in International Relations and therefore would it be relevant only to be a financial consultant ????
I also asked to let me know more about the first approach to this master and the "salesman" told me that he would let me speak to a teacher. Here. I am waiting..

Master Sida offers numerous courses in very interesting and current areas. The competence of the teachers is unmatched. The placement office is very effective, even for not very young people. Applause

I attended the Sida Master in "Energy Management and Sustainable Development". As for the teachers and the didactic part of the course, I can certainly say that they are prepared and above all with excellent experience in the sector, they are able to give a practical cut to the lessons, a very important aspect in my opinion. The lessons are certainly interesting and with up-to-date topics (also with regard to regulations and decrees), as well as stimulating and constructive. Furthermore, the classroom tutoring service is very useful and practical, the classrooms themselves clean and suitable. As for me, I hope it will serve me in the future for my professional breakthrough since this is exactly what I would like to undertake, the final 6-month internship concerning the topics of the Master (which I will start shortly, then at the end I will insert a review) is essential to be able to put into practice the contents of the course, gain experience in the sector and maybe get known by the experts.

I attended the master in Hotel Management, I was happy with the professionalism of the teachers and the modules of the master. The nice thing is that the teachers are professionals in the sector and not university teachers who tell you theoretical things, but instead practical lessons!

I attended the master in International Agribusiness at the Ancona headquarters. I found a serious, reliable and professional environment. The teachers were all very prepared and lived up to expectations. It opened my mind to new perspectives, and I would definitely recommend a friend to get to know the SIDA Group team.

They made me feel ashamed. I recommended a programming course to a friend and they were scammers from the start. 7000 euros of course, which should have lasted 6 months + 6 months of internship, of which they postponed the beginning from month to month for 10 months, lasted at the end 1 month and a half ... and the internship? Who has seen? REAL SCAM! They stated that my friend could have chosen and rejected a company up to 3 times, at the first refusal they declared "CONCLUDED" the path .. stay away, as long as I can I will do reviews like this. YOU SHOULD FAIL. you are stealing money from those who have no money, and who try to make their way into the world of work

If you could give 0 I would. They have no idea what seriousness, professionalism and friendliness are! Very good at asking for money and very bad at helping people like me who didn't have the opportunity to do the internship. The absolutely inhumane placement manager. I highly recommend not falling into their trap.

I attended the SIDA master on web marketing at the Florence office in the period February-May 2018. I found the teachers of the various modules very competent and available to the students. The course managers were always present during the course and available to meet the needs of the students. Classroom lessons are interactive and often group or individual work is carried out aimed at learning the relevant module.

I am pleased to read these enthusiastic reviews, because my experience and that of my colleagues from the Masters in Web Marketing and Social Media Management in Foggia has been bad, to say the least. I attended the master in "web & mobile developer - Artoo campus"
My personal experience has been great.
I started with academic and non-academic programming bases, but during the master I was able to update myself on more modern technologies. The chronological order of the modules gives you the opportunity to learn the basics and go further. The tight schedule makes it an intensive course, but the right commitment is supported by constant help from the teachers, prepared and willing to answer any question, even unscheduled. It is a course based on a working perspective and requires commitment and perseverance. No great technical preparations or experiences strictly related to computer science are required, they are helpful, but I attended the course together with people who did not know anything about programming, but have achieved a more than good result to be able to start moving in this sector.

In my personal case, the regressive training combined with the Master, have made me a more attractive figure on the market. I easily had contacts with various companies, based on my skills and preferences.

I was followed step by step, up to the objective set at the end of the course, a recruitment.

I recommend this Master to all those who want to update or learn a trade in a rapidly growing sector.
It is enough to be flexible, willing and with a great desire to learn, without being frightened by problems deriving from difficulties in understanding.

I had been programming for years, but on new technologies, together with new people, we were all in the same boat. Often it was the novices who had the freshest and most correct insights.

The only flaw, not having had a full board for Saturday and Sunday, we had to organize ourselves and in the place where the campus takes place, it becomes slightly difficult on foot, with a vehicle not. The building that houses the master, the "Domus Stella Maris", is comfortable and very nice, surrounded by greenery. The rooms given to the students are of high quality and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I attended the master in Web Marketing at the Ancona office. The teachers were very professional and ready to answer any questions even outside class hours, even after the master's period.

I attended the Master in Web Marketing and Social Media at the Ancona office and I was fully satisfied with both the lessons held and the professionalism of the teachers, who give the lessons that practical edge that the university lacks. During the attendance at the Master I was able, thanks to the placement service, to carry out several internship interviews in large companies in the sector ... one of these was successful and after the paid internship period I am now permanently employed. I recommend the Masters in Sida to those who want to enrich their skills and give themselves a concrete job opportunity.

I attended the Sida master in Human Resources Management last year; it was a highly educational experience on a professional and personal level. This experience also gave me the opportunity to get in touch with a well-known Italian tourism company where I completed my internship.

BAD, NOT RECOMMENDED

The executive masters they propose are nothing more than overpaid basic courses disguised as "job opportunities", "opportunities for professional growth", "advanced training". The reality immediately appears different:

1) They accept anyone, as long as they are willing to pay and the "entrance test" they do has no selective purpose, but only cognitive ones.

2) The lessons are truly SIMPLE and add little to the cultural background of an average university student. Not to mention the fact that they also accept graduates and this is already a clue about the recognition of these courses which I will tell you more about later.

3) The worst thing is the much vaunted "internship" that is presented as the winning opportunity of their courses and instead turns out to be quite the opposite: when you are put in contact with the placement service, it turns out that you CANNOT choose which ones companies send CVs, you CANNOT choose the job you would like to perform (they tell you that it is difficult to find an internship only in that sector and that if you want to do what you like, you must accept the risk that they will not find the company that does to your case and therefore lose the money for the service), you CANNOT choose the region in which to do it (penalty: you assume the risk that they will not find a company to send you), you CANNOT withdraw (penalty: you lose the money) refuse a company that they propose to you (or rather, you can do it only if for reasons of force majeure you cannot accept that job, penalty: exclusion from the placement), it is NOT always paid (the few who have seen dj internship proposals, have found having to choose whether to accept f use it for free or give up and lose the placement service because free is not one of the reasons for refusal that they consider acceptable).

4) In practice, they ask you what you would like to do and they tell you about an internship that exactly reflects your interests, but in fact, you find yourself having to choose between an internship where it happens, in the sector that you have identified as fourth or fifth choice, free most of the time, in the job you don't like, or refuse and lose the 600 euros of the placement service.

5) But there is more: executive masters ARE NOT RECOGNIZED BY ANYONE either in Italy or abroad. They are simple courses for which they issue a certificate. They do not score and do not constitute an additional qualification.
In my personal experience (sadly shared by the rest of my class in Bari) I wanted to work in a bank. They told me that they had many affiliated banks and they would secure me an internship in that sector. In the end they told me that the banking sector is small and therefore they would consider other sectors as well. In the end, I didn't have any proposals and they didn't even give me back a cent.

6) And speaking of money: each student pays a different amount. They ask you when you can spend and make you a price appropriate to your possibilities.

Need more to advise against it?
Ah yes, last thing: the course was supposed to start in May 2018 and instead it started in September (obviously they made me sign the contract first in order to bind me)

In June 2016 I decided to undertake a post-graduate Master to aspire to a working and professional future with a managerial role.
The Master carried out at SIDA Group gave me the opportunity, I recommend everyone to specialize and acquire the knowledge and certifications that SIDA masters issue to make the most of the opportunities that the world of work offers.

It's money badly spent if you think about enrolling in one of their Masters. More than three thousand euros to then have some poor lessons (although some topics are dealt with in depth, this does not compensate for superficial lessons) and general disorganization, not to mention internships, if they can give you one without making you wait for months! Experience that I hope never to repeat again, I'm sorry for the few people who really committed, but the availability and dedication were quite poor, so if you want something more efficient, you better turn to someone else.
