Unfortunately my experience is really negative. After years of buying, after years of being a customer, I must say that I was extremely disappointed. I make an order regularly, and, as I usually do, I pay in advance by card and wait for the package at home. Since then I have known almost nothing about the package. Worried, I begin to look at the status of my order. I find that the delivery address is incomplete: false. Then he went away for complete stock: false, I have no stock notice. Then that it was delivered: fake, I didn't receive it. After complaints about complaints they tell me that I got it back. Yet I had asked for it to be forwarded again. Nothing. Once you are a regular customer, they cannot even send you a shipment. Are we joking!?!?! This is how customers treat!?!?! Such a big company!?!?! SHAME!!!!
