I was in town and needed some last minute gluten-free cupcakes. These guys took care of me. Ordering and pick-up was easy, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Not only did the cupcakes look great, they were some of the best gluten-free cupcakes I've tasted. Highly recommend and will visit again when in San Mateo.

I am from out of town and I wanted to send my mother something nice for her birthday I did a quick search online and google led me to Sibbys. first off let me just say this is the BEST customer service I have received in a LONG time. I spoke with Sibby directly and explained my situation, she was SO kind and helpful she gave me a lot of wonderful options. In the end we went with custom rose cupcakes/birthday theme designs and needless to say when my mom received her cupcakes she could not believe how beautiful/delicious they were and really expressed how much she enjoyed them! They really made her birthday extra special (which i am very grateful for since i am far away) Everyone who was lucky enough to try them all agreed that these are the best cupcakes around! Myself and everyone who tried them will be their new valued customers! Thank you Sibby!!!
A friend of mine brought me by a sampler of their cupcakes. I'm not much of a cupcake eater but now I am these are the best I've ever had I am so sold on these and so is my husband. Thank you very much sibby's cupcakes you guys rock.
Whenever we had a birthday party for the kids, family coming from out of town, girl scouts meeting: Sibby's Cupcakery never let us down with their great many different choices in cupcakes.
Of course they have cakes and other stuff too, but our main reason: Those yummy cupcake treats, which come in different sizes!
And yes, they are open!!!
Love this little shop- I'm usually not a fan of cupcakes but Sibby's always manages to always strike the perfect balance between frosting & cake. Not only is their frosting art super cute and creative (seriously, check out their Instagram- they come up with such wonderful designs!), it tastes great- never overly sweet and tastes great (sometimes frosting at other places is too sweet and makes me feel sick). Sibby's frosting is delightfully flavorful and used in a perfect ratio to the cupcake! It's easy to tell the cupcakes are always freshly baked - they have that "fresh out of the oven" fluffiness! Sibby's makes both mini and large cupcakes, and if you just want to drop by to pick some up on a whim, you can. (Perfect for people like me who forget to plan ahead... however if you have a really large order, it'd probably be best to call ahead so they can make sure they have enough of all the flavors you'd want!)

I love these cupcakes. They are soo good. The staff is super friendly.
I love how they did the mint cupcake because mint is pretty hard to perfect.
My personal favorites are mint, red velvet, grandmas tea cake, buttercup. funfetti and good ol' chocolate.

My family and I Love love Sibby s cupcakes and we ve been ordering here since 2006/2007. There is no comparison to them! We ordered my cupcakes for every milestone celebration from High school graduation to college graduation to bridal shower to birthdays to ordering them for family and friends ....etc. Oh my goodness the her gluten free cupcakes are amazing as well.
