The niceness of the room doesn t make up for the bad service. Room wasn t ready for us on time despite us having checked in earlier. Ordered room service for dinner and it hadn t arrived over an hour and a half later, so I fell asleep waiting. Not cool, as my night s sleep wasn t great, half expecting a knock at the door! (Concierge didn t really care to note or follow this up the next day.) The lift swipe access wasn t working, and despite the staff knowing that they had to swipe you through when they saw you enter the lift, would wait for you to try again, re-leave the lift and come and get them, over and over. Terrace service was pretty slow and getting attention back to your table after the initial order was practically impossible. All in all, the service really took a lot away from the place, so will pick from the many other places in Paris next time.

Wonderful discovery. Great location, good fresh sizable rooms with good shower in bathroom. Wonderful terrace at the top with beautiful views over Paris for breakfast, drinks and live entertainment. A real gem.

Great location with spectacular view. Food was excellent during lunch and also the service from Francisco was superb with good wine recommendation.

What a fabulous hotel in the most wonderful neighborhood! It did not start too good as the first night we were in our beautiful room after a very long day and all of the sudden around midnight we started to hear a drip, drip, drip.... it was raining in our room! We ended up having to move rooms and all was good. The staff the next day was just wonderful. To me what makes a good hotel great are the details.... from the chocolate in the cappuccino, the welcoming bottle of wine in our room and a present (BEFORE we had to move) ... the spotless clean bathrooms, rooms and everywhere. The wonderful breakfasts and, of course, the view! It was all just perfect. I have to say that the neighborhood and its restaurants were such a treat. Highly, highly recommended.

We stayed there for one night by thinking that we will have a great view as per website picture for the suite but ended up having a view of street with full of electrical cycle and graveyard in front of our window. The only advantage was room was quite spacious and clean.

We just went to the rooftop for some drinks, which are good, but a bit too expensive. The view is awesome, I guess that is mostly what we pay for. And you have to be patient because there is a strong possibility that you will have to wait in line anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes, and that does not guarantee you will sit next to the view. Service is ok, but they are not the friendlier of people.

Lovely staff. Beautiful hotel. Lovely views. The gentleman who was serving us cocktails on the rooftop bar was a delight! Only issue is that the hotel staff told us that breakfast was included in our stay but charged us when we departed. Regardless, it is defiantly worth the price! Thank you.

He we ate here and it was good. The views of Paris however are amazing from the rooftop terrace. The food was well cooked and presented but I would not say it was stunning. Would I go back -yes

I highly recomend the Terrass Hotel ! Why?
Excellent location, The service was incredible and we even had a bottle of wine as a Bday girft. Everything is in the details (modern look of the room, Eco friendly bathroom supplies..)
Without forgetting the great panoramic view from the roof where you can enjoy some great wisky and cocktails with friends.
