I do not recommend doing business with this company. We paid a deposit to have jewelry made from Grinnell Design, Ltd in April of 2014. Verbal communication indicating the prices for jewelry to be made were much less than the amounts invoiced, resulting in us being unable to use them. After having this happen multiple times, we have requested the remaining amount of our deposit to be refunded, which the owner claims she cannot pay citing personal issues she is experiencing. We are now in the process of seeking legal action against Grinnell Design as a last resort, since they no longer respond to our attempts at communication. It has been 1.5 years since our deposit was given and less than 25% of it has been utilized to make jewelry.
