Bought my new TV here at netonnet on Black Friday. The net beat Elgig and Mediam with horse lengths when it came to the price. The TV I had was an LG OLED55B7V.

Easy to find what you are looking for with the help of computers inside the shop that are available to anyone who wants to lend them to find what time a product you are looking for is located. Easy going and friendly staff.

Asked if there was a display copy of the product, get to answer -This is a stock store, you want to look at the product you get to go to another store, really? Guess if I also bought it in another store, a little to work on when it comes to customer contact.

Big electronics shop. It's the easiest to check what you want online, all shop stock information is online. They give an open deal on everything so within a few weeks you can return items you are not happy with. Saved me the trouble of explaining the technical problems I had with my Compute Stick. The "discount" section o the shop seems to be some kind of joke, selling old products at higher price than any of the competitors.

Great selection, friendly staff, affordable prices. The minus is the Andersson series that is not known for its quality.

Netonnet is king. As a customer, I can think and snuggle in peace and quiet. If I wonder something, I ask, and until then I can be left alone.

There is no bus that stops quite close to the netonnet. Don't understand how the staff has thought? They think they should open a small shop in Nordstan.

Terrible to get there via public transport, but great store in the whole, however, was not the product that would be in stock.

Customer service non-existent, and when the staff finally gives you some attention.. Well, I asked for storage boxes for 3,5" hard drives, and they asked if I was going to store them inside of the CPU. Don't know what socket they have that can hold 25+ hard drives inside the processor unit, but it's none I have ever heard of, and I'm a hardware technician for a living. They are a dime cheaper than most the competition, but considering what you get for the money, I'd rather spend that extra dime.
