A comfortable hotel locate near by Xihu in Hungzou. The hotel has a wonderful view and good dining. The traffic is very convenient that the nearest subway station (Longxianqio station) is only 3 minutes by walk, and it take only 5 minute to Hungzou rail station and 20 minute to East Hungzou rail station by the subway.
This trip to Hangzhou for seven days, Hyatt is a pretty sleepy sleep.
Great hotel. Perfect location. The restaurant 28 Hu Bin Road is truly exceptional and is one of the best in China.
I love the furnitures and decorations, so nice. Also fruits on the table, just in case you are too hungry or you miss breakfast just like me :D the swiming pool is nice too. I can not see the river from my room, another building just block the view. I like the staff here, they are so helpful and nice.
The location is very convenient in the city centre. You can also stroll through the West Lake.

The hotel is on the lake side. Stopped by to eat Chinese dinner here Considered to decorate the dining room, beautiful, good atmosphere, food, the name of this place is Braised pork belly that is stacked as a pyramid And have ordered something else to eat. There are stir fry including Xiao Long Pao mushroom, chicken, beggar, fish soup, fried rice. Overall, the food is considered delicious.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay. We were there for a week's meeting. Room is spacious and clean. Housekeeping was impressive! It could easily be the best housekeeping in all the hotels I've stayed. I bring a soft toy with me when I travel for work and for leisure. It has become a benchmark for me to see the standard of housekeeping by looking at where they would put my soft toy. LOL. I've seen housekeeping that would just chuck my soft toy aside, along with my other belongings. Not only did Hyatt's housekeeping put my soft toy nicely (of course, most hotels did too), they'd arranged my make up stuffs nicely on a hand towel. Everything was good. The staffs that we've met at recep/concierge/banquet were all courteous and helpful. The sound system in the meeting room was very good. Food was good, quite a lot of choices for breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! It's a shame that we didn't have time to have a dip in the temperature controlled pool.
Oh, and the music fountain on Xi Hu (West Lake) is right in front of the hotel, perfect.

The location is very good, going out is the West Lake, leaving the shopping street is also walking distance. There are also many restaurants nearby, especially the West Lake Intime has many specialty restaurants. It is not too much trouble for a single person or family to travel or eat. The subway station is also accessible on foot, and the pedestrians on the main streets are a bit noisy. The food delivery service is very good and can be delivered in time at the designated time.
I didn't stay here, but I did get help from the concierge when I was stuck. The concierge and manager were terrific. I will definitely book here on my return trip.

Dream location, very nice clean hotel with great service
I stayed at this hotel for a few days while on a business trip in Hangzhou. The best place in the hotel is its location, across the street from the West Lake. Visitors must start early, walk along the path along the West Lake and see the locals start their day.

It was a great stay at Hyatt Hangzhou with big luxurious rooms & great 'West Lake' & extraordinary shopping street's view from the room. The breakfast & the restaurant served delicious food. In room dining has limited options but the service is always well within 30 mins time. Laundry service is also very prompt.
On one of the evenings, I could witness the beautiful light & water show on the West lake from the top floor of the hotel. It was amazing. Highly recommended.
The 25-meter pool is very comfortable to swim. The hotel has a beautiful and spacious environment and friendly service. Crossing the road is the West Lake, and the nearby food is more convenient.
Great hotel and amenities. I stayed here because it was quite close to work. Be warned there are no western style restaurants near this hotel. On the plus side. It is near the subway to downtown and west lake.

1. Restaurant - 28 Hu Bin Road (28
We found out this was one of Asia s Top 50 Restaurants after we had our meal, and it was an experience befitting its reputation.
We only had one main ( and two small soups, because the serving portion was just too large! This brings me to another plus point- the waitress advised us not to order too much because our main came in a large portion. Not many restaurants will give this sort of advice. alone is worth a 5-star review. I won t spoil it for you - you have to try this!
2. Location and view
This is within walking distance to a metro station, to the main shopping area in Hangzhou, and is one of the only hotels with a truly unobstructed view of the West Lake.
Not all rooms have an unobstructed view of course; rooms that do are priced slightly higher.
But not much else you can ask for!
3. Cleanliness of room, service
In the two nights we spent there the rooms were clean when we arrived, and kept in good condition throughout. I had some mild fears because many reviewers complained that the interior was dated. I guess this was more than good enough by my standards.
Service was also pretty good- they got us a reservation at 28 Hu Bin Road at short notice, and it wasn t because they weren t full. The staff were also generally friendly in comparison to some other chinese hotels.
If you book early enough and/or during offpeak season, you could get a pretty good room at a decent price.
Excellent location, close to West Lake and different transportation.
I chose Grand Hyatt at the beginning, because it was located on the West Lake. The West Lake in winter is like an ink painting. After really looking at the scenery, you can understand what it means to be picturesque. The style of the Grand Hyatt has a bus stop in front of the door. Every day when you visit the West Lake, you often can't get a taxi back to the hotel, but later found it easier to take a bus. The bus is just outside the hotel. The price was NT $ 8000 per night. Agoda was unknown. Otherwise, book a room type without breakfast. Stay 3 nights and do not get breakfast every day. The double room has a lot of space and is very comfortable. It is a mix of Chinese and Western styles. The furniture materials are all good and look noble. A veritable five-star hotel room. The late night of room service, just the porridge and side dishes, is very different. Service is good, visit West Lake again, will stay again.
