Hand in the coffee machine that has been used for 2 days on repair and get it back after about a month but when I opened the package I see that they managed to damage it it was a scratch along the whole appliance, when I ask how do we do now? I get an answer that it must return to the workshop for repair which can take up to 3 weeks

Terrible Terrible Terrible!

I had a problem with the headphones for my Nokia Lumia that I bought from Netonet.
They said they would send new headphones to my address.Now after 2.5 months I am writing this that they have not sent anything.Fast I have called them at least 8 times and each time they promised that it was wrong and apologized!
But that's just talk.
Never buy anything from them if you want good service afterwards!

Bought an electric scooter missing charging cable in the package.
Customer service means that they cannot send a cable as it is not in the range but that the customer ie I will go the 6 miles again for a cable that they sell for 50 SEK ... Poor when the cable is in the range
