Customer service non-existent, and when the staff finally gives you some attention.. Well, I asked for storage boxes for 3,5" hard drives, and they asked if I was going to store them inside of the CPU. Don't know what socket they have that can hold 25+ hard drives inside the processor unit, but it's none I have ever heard of, and I'm a hardware technician for a living. They are a dime cheaper than most the competition, but considering what you get for the money, I'd rather spend that extra dime.
