Terrible Terrible Terrible!

I had a problem with the headphones for my Nokia Lumia that I bought from Netonet.
They said they would send new headphones to my address.Now after 2.5 months I am writing this that they have not sent anything.Fast I have called them at least 8 times and each time they promised that it was wrong and apologized!
But that's just talk.
Never buy anything from them if you want good service afterwards!
