I get a notice on my email reminding me that I have a payment that will be due and needing confirmation of check number and the date it was sent. I replied with "so you are dunning me for a payment that isn't even past due" and the emailer Janae Cambridge, sent me a reply with exclamations in it, attempting to reprimand me or something. I replied that it was very professional of her to use those exclamations with her customer, and she did it again. I hope someone reads this review and helps Janae Cambridge understand how to be customer friendly. My company spends over $7000 every month with Nordco for a piece of machinery. I expect a little customer appreciation. There ARE other companies out there, who might appreciate our business.
