Best customer service I've had from a car dealership. Been using them for over 17 years now.

Very surprised when I went to the Shukers in Ludlow. A brand new show room, was offered a drink and snacks on arrival. Very friendly staff and made very welcome. The salesman was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. Very pleased and will be going back next time.

Purchased a used discovery sport, great selection to choose from and very helpful staff.

Excellent service, have used them for over 15 years, customer service is second to non. The only dealers who really cares about the customer.

They were brilliant, I had a light come on the dash and contacted Shukers to have it checked out. Nothing was to much trouble for them and they soon had it in the workshop and sorted it for me. I have purchased two range rovers from them and both times the service has been fantastic, I can't praise them enough.

I see a pattern here, unfortunately a little too late. They are great when they want to sell you a car but their aftercare customer service is shockingly appalling. Matt is patronising, rude and unhelpful. Considering the fact that Range Rovers are not cheap, management should seriously consider investing in training for his staff. This is an impressive show room but it all means nothing if the people in it disregard the value of good customer service. If I bought the car from robots, I would have rated this establishment with 5 stars!

Find the sales team very helpful and very polite. I live in Shrewsbury but find Shukers Ludlow far better than my local dealer. Would highly recommended using them.

dont go near them i was completely ripped off when i bought my evoque through a PCP agreement.i was not informed about my annual mileage
which resulted in me running out of mileage with 2 years of my contract still to run when i approached them they were not interested
VERY disappointed never again

Having spent a number of weeks deciding on buying a new vehicle from Land Rover we went into a number of dealerships to look at options and test drive a couple of models but in the end ordered our vehicle through Shukers. The service from start to collecting my new car on Saturday has been both professional, knowledgeable and friendly from both Charlie and the whole team. Other dealerships have a lot to live up to in terms of customer experience - thank you Shukers

Quite taken back when I visited Shukers in Ludlow, such a lovely modern showroom. Immaculate and a lovely place to be. If you have not been or seen it yet I recommend to take a look. I was greeted by the receptionist and asked if I needed any help and offered a drink and was made very welcome.
