I see a pattern here, unfortunately a little too late. They are great when they want to sell you a car but their aftercare customer service is shockingly appalling. Matt is patronising, rude and unhelpful. Considering the fact that Range Rovers are not cheap, management should seriously consider investing in training for his staff. This is an impressive show room but it all means nothing if the people in it disregard the value of good customer service. If I bought the car from robots, I would have rated this establishment with 5 stars!
