Extremely disappointed in the pics I received for my daughters BMT training and beast week. Initially the order was incorrect due to Jessica s negligence. Therefore had to call back and get the CD which was initially requested and wait for pics. Literally had multiple pics of the SAME girls in every scenario. For example, PT week had 7 photos of the same exact girls in the SAME exact position. The beast week photos were of ONE obstacle only, less than 20 pics. I thought BEAST week had multiple obstacles and was a whole week not just one obstacle. Several blurry pictures. Very disappointing to pay $75 for a CD and $150 overall. Future BMT grad parents don t buy from shrapnel. Instead get the Facebook photos and save yourself the money.

I have been a customer for many years. Shrapnel has produced hundreds of promotional items for my company. They are always professional and deliver on time.
I placed my order on April 27th for a May 2nd Basic Training Graduation. On June 24th I had to call & check on my order status, I didn t have the Flight # ready available & was told they could only check on status with that information. I informed representative I have the order confirmation number & was told they don t use that....WTH order was over $225. & then put on hold & represented returned & stated they don t know what happened & my order will be sent out in 2-3 days. I can t believe they are even in business & allowed on a military installation!!
