Event was great but trying to get out was a nightmare. Standstill traffic for over an hour

This venue is nice and the staff is helpful and friendly. If you get lawn tickets make sure that you get close to the fence early because when the main band/artist is about to come on everyone flocks forward!

the people the hire to direct traffic and give information were a total disgrace. no one knows what they are doing. give wrong information. the girls address too busy flirting with the boys or playing saber light fights.

Great venue. Friday night traffic getting in was horrible. All the nearby Google employees were leaving, as the concert goers were trying to get in. Major gridlock.

I've seen some great shows here, but my gosh the traffic back-up into the 101 can get a bit frustrating.

We took are son to his first Ice Cube Concert,, and we all love it...little far from Sacramento...but if it's a good act......

Saw Blink 182 and Weezer ("Bleezer") together here when I was in high school, at the peak of my angsty punk rock phase, and it was insane. Mud slides formed on the lawn and everyone was romping around going crazy.

Also good for 4th of july fireworks show, it's a little more tame with a lot of picnic style blanket seating and stuff.

Classic spot. It is a medium sized outdoorsy concert experience.

One of my favorite music venues in all of the San Francisco Bay Area. I especially like when I am able to get seats in the 100 sections. All of those seats have a great view of the stage. Seats on the grass are generally inexpensive and a fun place to watch a concert If you're not too upset about being able to see the artist on stage. They generally have large video screens set up so that you can see the action on stage. The big advantage to the lawn is that you can dance and be silly with your friends.

One of my favorite venues, always enjoy myself here.

Bring your own chair and come early, if the show is good, it will get crowded.

Recommend reserved lawn upgrade. It includes fastlane and lawn chair rental, which is more comfortable than hard seats.

El Paso Texas to see this band. Loved it. Staff very courteous and willing to help accommodate disables well especially one supervisor did not get name but he has been working there for more then 25 years.

Good disabled access to the venue. Shutting provided!!!

The people working there are professional, curteous, and happy you are there just to start. They have a variety of food options, beverages, and food trucks. Seats are always better than lawn.

The main theatre lacks more shading and the bathroom are smelly and wet all the time.

I've never had a bad experience at shoreline. Every show has been an amazing experience. Even the employees are extremely nice and very helpful. Thank you Shoreline and LYNYRD SKYNYRD for another memory filled evening.

Clean, but expensive!!!! VIP entrance and parking was AMAZING!

Great location, easy to get to. Amenities are adequate. Only thing that brings us back each year is the cheap lawn area. Unfortunately, our population has grown and the amphitheater maybe out growing its space. Traffic into this venue is horrendous.

We went to go see the Flight of the Conchords here and our experience wasn't very enjoyable. Between the issues with parking, the overpriced food and drinks, the poor audio quality, and the unbelievable 11:00 PM curfew, it could have definitely been better. Hardest time I've ever had trying to get out of a parking lot due to their "free-for-all" method of letting people out.

However Flight of the Conchords was amazing and made due with the restrictions put on them!

Options to have lawn or seats depending on the concert. Drinks are good. Bathrooms are usually pretty clean and most of the staff are friendly!

Been here twice for the annual Google I/O developer conference that has been held here. It's works really well for this event, offering a good view for everyone and large screens to help improve the experience. Depending on where you are sitting and what time of day it is, you may need some sunscreen and hat or a nice warm jacket.

Over load of people they sold way to many tickets and the sound was horrible and don't get me started on the parking

Performance was great nice place to come and hang out and enjoy the evening with family and friends the service was great

Attended Google IO here. This place is so huge and the main stadium is awesome.

I have not been to the Shoreline in sometime. The staff was friendly and the concert was awesome. Bob Seger last tour. Of course food and drinks are expensive. But the lines were fairly short. Two of our seats were broken and they put us in seats closer up. Still getting out the parking lot is pain.

An amazing venue for a concert. Word of advice: it may be warm and sunny when your concert starts but be prepared for a cold and windy night.

Saw DMB in September. Had a great time. Alcohol was very expensive. It's only downfall.

Great for and drink options, lawn is excellent for casual viewing it big groups, and acoustics are good for a large venue.

I'm giving shoreline 1 star because of their inability to keep their loading dock up to safety standards. Because of that, the show tonight was canceled and rescheduled for a date we cannot commit to, nor can one of the bands set to play tonight, Counting Crows. I took work off for this day, got a hotel, and then got screwed. Thank you, Shoreline, for letting me remember anything is possible.

Edit: Apparently it was because of a sink hole that developed on the loading dock, but they still will not honor any kind of refund because the whole show isn't "canceled." Complete BS

The awesome place for the Developers during Google I/O.

Google I/O is conducted at this place where thousands and thousands and thousands of Developers from all over the world flood here to know about the new announcements by Google and to directly interact with the Googlers. This place has all the facilities, mainly accessibility for physically different people. Google is neutral, yeah I made it evident here, they had all the facilities for the physically different people. And this place is highly secured, cops were available all the time. Shuttle services is also available during Google I/O. Shoreline Amphitheatre - open auditorium has lots of seats which can accommodate thousands, even shelter is there so that people can sit in shade, to avoid direct sun light during summer.

Loved the way people welcoming during the visit there.

Had lawn seats here for the How The West Was Won concert (Snoop Dogg). Got a good view of the stage and most everybody was friendly and courteous

Awesome venue - it just closes super early which stinks. Yer fave band won t be rocking a late encore.

I really like the layout at Shoreline. When I get to my seat I always feel closer than I thought I was going to be because of my experience at other similarly shaped venues such as the Concord Pavilion.

Great show, but the acoustics are always a bit variable.

Great venue! Tons of stages for large music festivals. Some smaller stages get a slight bit of sound bleeding from nearby stages but not really an issue.

Good artists good food here. Sometimes there will be drunk people that will fight and end up knocking one out

Liked the concert Hootie&the Blowfish was fabulous. The venue is ok but way way over priced for beverages and food

Great views no matter where you are when trying to watch the stage and it's a great area

Music is great but If you ever want to go home don't park there take an uber. There is only one exit (for thousands of people) it took an hour and a half to exit the parking lot. Terrible.

Like many that had posted on yelp, I had tickets to the Lana del Rey/Courtney Love concert two weeks ago and ended up not being able to get there because of traffic. I got picked up that day at the CalTrain station at 6:15, and the drive to Shoreline is normally less than 10 mins. But that day, it took us 1.5 hours to get halfway. I understand traffic will be bad before a concert, and I have been to this venue several times over the years, but what happened with the Lana concert traffic was a breakdown. I don't live in Mountain View and do not know a public lot that I can park and walk to the venue, free of the towing risk. It is okay to ask the concert goers to show up early for the event -- and I'd happily walk from wherever if Shoreline designates a lot -- but no one in the right mind would accept nearly 3 hours for a 10-mile drive. By the time we got to the 101 ramps at 7:45, we just went home. Missed the opening act; missed the headliner. Shoreline's mismanagement of the traffic situation makes its ineptness and utter disregard for its customers obvious. Shoreline is a joke.

Probably the most crowded place inside Google corporate campus. Nice concerts come by all the time though.

Great show, but the parking is a nightmare. It took 1 full hour to get out of the parking lot. There were people with crying kids (hungry, tired, needing to go potty) and angry people honking and cutting each other off to get one spot in front of the other even though none of us were going anywhere.

Not coming back until they fix the transportation / parking situation.

Good place traffic was very bad it's like one way in one way out, no traffic control leave hours early and good luck, once your inside everything is great

Good events. Beer, wine, cost 3 to 4 times as much. I think min cost was 20 bucks for a beer.
