I am a landlord who had a tenant that has not renewed the lease. I had contacted Chuhak & Tecson and they responded that the situation can be resolved in 3 months. I provided them with all the information that the tenant had not renewed the lease. I terminated them as my attorney after One and a half years of not resolving the issue and was piled with attorney fees. I had to find another attorney to take the case who finished in less than six months. A word of warning: read every contract very carefully that they present to you. There are many hidden fees that are in favor of themselves. A horrible overall experience. I have lost both my time and money.
