Shoprite Lyndhurst Review

Better pricing by about 10% and other shoprite's which are normally lower than the other supermarkets!
And great service!

Don't bother. Cramped, dark, terrible parking and a non-stop wave of people who have no regard for cross walks.

I really like this ShopRite it's nice size it's all right that was quite quick for it to be quiet crowded

Clean and organize

Like literaly I would put like 0 stars if like possible, like workers there are always literaly like giving you faces and it makes me literaly uncomfortable, like they need to do something about that, like I've been a customer for more than like 3 days and like it's a recent issue. LITERALY

Well , everything was fine .They had what I was looking for and more . The only thing that kind of upset me was when I was walking to the cashier. I over heard an employee say f'en white people . Usually I have a thicker skin for stuff like that but this time I was with my girlfriend who was visiting from Danmark .

The staff are very helpful. I can usually find what I need. I like the priced.

Problem went on such a busy Friday before a holiday ShopRite in Lyndhurst has their Isles filled with people unpacking groceries stocking shelves and packing meat cases. I find no reason in the world this can't be done at night. Other people work night shifts I don't understand why shelf stockers and Meat Packers in ShopRite can't work a night shift

Stocker not only told me where what I was looking for might be but took the time to walk me to the area because she heard it was my first time there

This store rates tops in organization and employees.

I want to update how it is shopping during this COVID-19 PHANDEMIC. I love shopping here my favorite super market! Excellent prices and good items. I gave a four not a five because the social distancing needs to be enforced more. I was at the check out isle where you do it yourself. The one closet to the exit. U hadent finished scanning my items when another customer literally stood behind me and no one said anything to her to not stand behind me 1 foot away. I didn't say anything to her just to prevent arguments. But it's something that needs to be paid more attention too. The virus is still out there and we need to feel safe.

They just remodeled the store but still... I was so disappointed to find out the added food court was just "ok". I was hoping for a "help yourself" option like the Shop Rite at Little Falls. They added a help yourself salad bar which is just ok.

Not bad for your local food market. Big variety of gluten free food.

The butchers acomodate all your meat requests.Very pleased.

This is probably the best ShopRite I've been to. They even give out healthy snacks. They have an area for you to sit down and eat your food, drink your coffee and relax for a bit. When I went the employees were very friendly. I will definitely be coming here more often especially since I work right by here.

Was helpful as I expected finding something from stock person knew. Employee doing returns did not but he learned by coming with me to find.
Pharmacy gave me wrong manufacture of medicine when profile is specific. So 4 to register and stocker was not even in his Aisles and return employee. 3 to pharmacy. Store needs more people on registers hard to check out. Only a few open and not at strange hour both in pharmacy and store front .regulars all retired?

Nice place to shop. However IMO it's best to shop here at late hours right before closing - when shelves are full and not a lot of shoppers.

Reasonable prices. Took 2 star off because of the white hair old guy who runs pharmacy department. He is quite rude person

I like this store because its organized & they always have what I need. The self-checkout is awesome. Definitely recommend.

Great deals and employees Are excellent, but not happy with self scan. Give people jobs, place is dark nd dingy

This is a good ShopRite they have good options and also have serrano chili peppers which are a pain to find in Rutherford or Lyndhurst

This shop right has alot of food Mac and cheese great cakes and today chicken is 3.99 come and get it !

They don't have as wide of a variety as other shoprites

Clean store. Courteous employees. They have a nice liquor department inside, you just have to pay for it before leaving that section. Only drawback is it is always crowded and getting out of the parking lot can be a hassle sometimes.

Very clean and always have items in stock. Staff could be more pleasant though.

Not a lot of varieties however the cashier had great customer service skills

They are always moving things around in this store. You go in to pick something up and go to where you got it the last time.. And it's in another aisle. So tired of going in for things just to find out they've moved them

It has really gone downhill since the new Shoprite of Wallington has opened.

I love shoprite but they keep moving the items so that they are hard to find on your own. But you can always ask someone for help.

1st year of self service but, Need more cashiers!!!! Not everyone wants self service, dairy products are all over the place!

This Shoprite in Lyndhurst is clean, friendly, stocked with everything you can possibly need,the prices and quality are awesome! I'd like to give a special thanks to the pharmacy for making my experience private,professional& very understanding plus extra friendly!
