Perfect example of an unprofessional company that does not value employees and have poor work ethic. Nothing else needed to be said. Overpriced furnishings and goods and mediocre to poor work don't on behalf of management.
I bought luggage online that appeared to look like spinners, but when I received the item it wasn't what it appeared to be. After speaking with a customer service rep. it took them well over a week to get me a return label. To return the product they charged me $18.81 for the return and $ 23.81 for the shipping label. That is not how the customer service rep explained it to me when I spoke to them, after this experience I will never buy or tell anyone I know to shop online with this company again.
They advertised free shipping. That is as long as you don't have to return it for any reason. Then they charge for shipping both ways. That is just wrong!!!!!
They advertise free shipping but it is anything but free, so please shop carefully. My parents ordered two recliners that ended up being too small and unsteady. The chairs were $400+ each. Once they paid all of the return shipping and restocking fees, they were going to be refunded a total of $54 per chair. Obviously this is a total ripoff. They will be trying to sell the chairs rather than return them. Knowing this, I will never order anything from this site.

Ordered a sink and waited 2 weeks for it to ship and 2 days before they claimed it would be here they call and say they can no longer fulfill the order. Very disappointed and the customers we are installing it are very disappointed. What goes around comes around
