NOT for older Rec dancers. My daughter spent 5 years at this studio and competition conflicted with her other priorities so she couldn't be on team. She was bullied by the cliques from the Comp team. They always featured Comp girls in the recreational dances while she and the other Rec girls were treated like they didn't matter. They wasted in-class time discussing Comp team dances, while the Rec girls stood off to the side. I paid a lot of money for my daughter to take class, let alone feel like a valued member of the studio.
Best teachers, wonderful family feel! Been at the studio for over 13 years - truly the best!!
My son and my daughter have both grown up here. They love this place and have both grown into amazing dancers. Shooting Stars has instilled a love for dance into the hearts of our entire family. If you are a dancer at Shooting Stars, you get much more than just the best dance instruction around, you also become a part of an amazing dance family.
Okay so i went to this dance school a couples years ago. I did ballet. They are very good at teaching and ballet was really fun here. I stopped dancing but i will be doing hip hop now. Probably at a different place though
