We went and shot at the indoor range today. Everyone was amazing, very professional and accommodating. If you are going to Toowoomba visiting The Open Range is a must, even if you have never fired a gun before.

We bought a gel blaster their we kept a receipt and it was faulty they said they couldn't do anything about it and were being extremely rude and were no help at all.

When in to purchase my first firearm, was a complete novice and the boys were super helpful with all of my questions. There prices are awesome and there service is second to none!!!
Out of date gift card was honoured to 35%, money doesn't expire, why should a gift card?
bought a 22r rifle of them they said it was new but when i got the rifle it was falling apart and was shooting high!! when i called the manager Guy he said its not his problem you bought a dud!!!

Took my brother to the firing range for his 18th. Staff there are extremely kind and helpful. Because of the knowledge and experience from the staff my brother had the best time. Big thanks to the staff at the open range.

The prices of the packages are ridiculously good value compared to other ranges that I have been to aswell. Highly recommend The Open Range to anyone considering going there. Great customer service and overall an amazing store
Awesome place, took my son here for his Bday and we had a great time. Michael was very professional and took his time to show us all the safety procedures and techniques for shooting correctly. I would highly recommend the Open Range if your interested in learning about guns and shooting.

I purchased a trail cam which i was told really easy to use and setup 3 months later still not set up ive been in 3 times now to the store 3 times ive been told really easy just jump on computer hit to upgrade button 3 months later ive called up mark his customer service on the phone not great infact when i told him im having troubles his response was i dont know really cant help you i said well ive spent $500 dollars on a trail cam which still does not work he told me they have $2500 trail cams i told him i dont have $2500 and that i was advised by his store that this $500 wildguarder 4g was a good model easy use false advertising to just grab my money ive spent a few thousand at this store but after todays response im am taking my future business to the barn at oakey im not the worlds best hunter nor am i trying to be but if i come into a store i dont want to be approched by the worlds best hunter woh has not got time for customer service i will not be back

Staff are rude (one in particular) and admitted they don t adequately clean/inspect their second hand rifles before selling, as I found out the hard way..
The issues were resolved in the end however not returning and recommend driving to Oakey.
