I purchased a trail cam which i was told really easy to use and setup 3 months later still not set up ive been in 3 times now to the store 3 times ive been told really easy just jump on computer hit to upgrade button 3 months later ive called up mark his customer service on the phone not great infact when i told him im having troubles his response was i dont know really cant help you i said well ive spent $500 dollars on a trail cam which still does not work he told me they have $2500 trail cams i told him i dont have $2500 and that i was advised by his store that this $500 wildguarder 4g was a good model easy use false advertising to just grab my money ive spent a few thousand at this store but after todays response im am taking my future business to the barn at oakey im not the worlds best hunter nor am i trying to be but if i come into a store i dont want to be approched by the worlds best hunter woh has not got time for customer service i will not be back
