Fantastic flea market with lots of hand crafted Amish goods and foods. Definitely a must stop if you're coming through Indiana!

Its fun to go once a year to see whats new. Sometimes you can get good deals.

You never know what you will find, can be a bit pricey just have to know what your will to pay for.

Go several times a year . Like the large selection of many things that are offered.Get there at least 1 hour before they open .If you get there late be prepared to wait at least 1hour to get in . Please leave your pets at home .Way to many people and hot for your animals to be comfortable.

lots of great bargains!! plan to spend at least 2-3 hours.( rent a cart for $20 for 2 hours if u have mobility problems)

Shipshe' is whatever you want it to be! The flea market is very busy. It has a farmers market area as well as food vendors in strategic places. Lots of stuff new and used is offered. There is the BlueGate restaurant and the Pumpkin vine cafe as my picks for best lunch spots. The Davis Merchantile is the place to go for upscale goods or gifts. The E&S market is a great place for bulk foods and groceries.

Being close to the epicenter of the RV industry, there are also a good selection of parts and services for trailer and RV repair.

Fast paced, take someone with you to the Wednesday Antique Auction to keep track of items you have purchased/take to your vehicle. Also you are on the move with numerous auctioneers going at the same time, so keep track of where they are in that row if you are waiting on an item coming up. Plan to get there in time to check items out before the auction begins. Wear comfortable shoes & no good clothes, as some collectables are right out of a barn. Love to go there~ always have fun meeting new folks & the thrill of the hunt!

Just going to Shipsewana is a wonderful experience! The flea market is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You will be charged a nominal fee for parking your vehicle on the property, but it will be worth the excursion.
Please make sure you remember which portal you enter through. This will save you aggravation when it is time to drop off packages through the day and when you leave.
There are aisles with merchandise on both sides for you to look at. You may find landscaping items, clothing, socks books, kitchen items, antiques, baby items, unusually items, makeup, Amish bakery items, and three refreshment stands, and public facilities.
Remember, you are going to see something you didn't know you needed. Yet, before you leave, you are going home with it! Have fun!

Great flea market . Not as good as it was 20 some year's ago, but still a good FLEA market.

Lots of bargains if you are willing and able to walk it or drive a cart. If the weather is nice you can expect a huge crowd of people. Market days in Shipshe' are also very busy in the downtown area. Our favorite lunch places are the Bluegate restaurant and the pumpkin vine sandwich shop.

It's something different if you like to look for bargains it's fun !

Use to take all day to go though.now 3 to 3 half hrs done.to much of the china junk.

In full disclosure I am a vendor there for the most part the vendors are friendly you get a good deal food and drinks are good you just plain have a good time

I love the flea market , I wish they had more days during weekends so people who work first shift would be able to attend more often. It's fun just to walk around and look at things if you are that kind of person, and there are lots of things to buy. Some of it is cheap stuff, but there are so many homemade items to look at and buy also. For inside your home, for outside your home, stuff to wear and gifts for other people.

The auction was great. There were a ton of people, so be sure to wear a mask. I love walking the shops and getting a pretzel afterward.

It was a decent sale there was quite a variety of different things unfortunately I was told there would be lots of animals here and there wasn't. But if you're looking for lots of flea market stuff guns garage sale stuff antiques Etc there was lots of that at decent prices. I myself just wish there was more animals.

Great big flea market...came on Tuesday for the auction, but there was no auction.

Vendors be aware, the manager Micheal is dishonest, and even malicious towards the vendors. Extremely unprofessional, take your product somewhere else, and save yourself a headache. To be clear the only complaints he received were from a competing vendor. He is full of more lies, now that he is trying to save face. There was not one person that bought from me and complained to you. Present one person that bought from my booth that thinks I was unfair or dishonest. They don't exists, the only people who thought I was being unfair or dishonest was another vendor, and apparently Micheal is pretty buddy-buddy with them. Why don't you go ask the vendors that were around us which vendors were being professional, and ask them about my dishonesty. If anyone is dishonest here it's Micheal. Run, people run away!

Great place, lots of deals and huge. Open only on Tuesdays and Wednesday. Go see for yourself and enjoy.

I thought I would see more antiques or collectibles. There is a bunch, a ton of stuff from China ! Not enough tasty lunch food or treats. There's not enough places to sit and rest your feet.

The shopping was great (as always), and there were plenty of booths with fans to help combat the heat.

Wonderful place to shop! Lots of different booths and items! Rented a scooter, which was a plus for me due to my limited walking ability. Food was great and water readily available!!! Will be back again soon!!!

Great vendors. Several food places to purchase lunch. Also baked goods available.
Great time shopping. More vendors are up and running. Wear a mask, or don't. You decide. Opens at 8 and closes around 4.

It has it's good points but too little flea market stuff and too much imported stuff.

It's a large flees market, you can find so much there. There are a few stalls that sell the same thing, but prices vary and you can get some good deals.

this is like they say. It is a tourist attraction and very busy. the bathroom could uses a makeover but if you have to go, go. they are clean.I love seeing amish folks in the auction on the computers. I try to go once a year. If your looking for something, it is probably here. If you need to rent a amigo, call and reserve it.

It s a fun day even though after about an hour everything starts looking the same. The vendors have many of the same products. I have never been to one of their auctions, but they often have some pretty interesting things. I hope to go someday.

Great place. Plan on at least 3 hours......and wear comfortable shoes. Probably not flip flops. Walking on gravel . Awesome place to find bargains.

Hours are 8-5 Tues & We'd, May - Sep and extra during holidays. Nice flea market - huge.

Nice place to go but not a true flea market. No one will negotiate prices for a deal like a true flea market will.

Loved all the different places with flea market goodies.

Had a great time but I forgot the biggest rule abt flea market shopping... Always wait to buy until you've checked the stalls in the center for prices first! We got overcharged $15 for the same item that another booth towards the center had... Grrr! Good thing we liked it...

Over the years the flea market has gotten smaller in size but grown in the same kinds of booths. Several of the same "banana box", clothing, back cushions, etc. Would be nice to see more hand crafted items or actual flea market deals. The food is pretty good but priced fairly high. Sad when 2 people pay over $20 for a basic sandwich, fry/potato, and drink.
