As a growing small business ShippingEasy has proven to be a excellent choice for us in handling our shipping purchasing. The user interface is top notch and the ability to integrate with our in-house order processing has saved us time and money. There is no question the ROI from their system has been excellent. The ability to easily track and monitor all orders in shipment from one place is a great way to ensure our customer's satisfaction.

Customer support has been first class when needed which has not been very often.

If you are a small business looking for a great solution I would highly recommend ShippingEasy. Great pricing and ROI and a very quick learning curve. Their integration with platforms like Etsy and Amazon is fantastic and easy to use. We were up and running the program in under an hour, and we have been able to incorporate many of their other features

I can't say enough on how much I love Shipping Easy! Any time I've had a question or a problem, they are so quick to respond. Today, Melody was absolutely awesome! I picked the wrong envelope to ship my item and was unsure how to recreate my shipment and she was so helpful and explained it so quickly for me. I highly recommend Shipping Easy!

Totally lost ability to connect to Connect Easy & print my necessary labels needed to ship my customers packages. After a few days of awaiting for additional support on my issue a support agent returned my request for help & everything was eventually straightened out. Back up & running again.

Melody H (on chat) was so very helpful with assisting me to process a refund for postage. Our customer wanted to cancel their order from the day previous. The package had not left our facility, but the USPS Scan from had already been printed so I could not cancel the label.
Melody H was patient and walked me though the refund process for this transaction! Thank you!

I have been sing shipping easy for years, and have had a wonderful experience. Any time I need support I am easily able to get on the chat with someone and work out my questions easily. Today I had so many questions about shipping internationally and Melody was there to help me 100% of the way, literally helping me fill out every section. She was so helpful. Aside from todays experience, the program is easy to navigate and manage consistently. I highly recommend it.

I thought I had it all set up right.... It seemed so easy. Went to use it for the first time and I hit some glitches somehow..... At any rate, I left it for the next day and was so excited to find my paid order from last night found its way! But still had some kind of error. I clicked the chat button and got Jose and he was awesome!! He found my error, fixed it and then hung on to be sure that I got my labels printed. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. This is my first day so I will get back about the rest later but so far, I love how easy it seems it will be.

Great experience working with Jesse. He was patient and understanding while helping me get my printer connected to my new computer. Shipping easy always goes above and beyond with customer service.
